Reviews

Large room it’s soulless the staff are professional but there more interested in talking to each other then giving a warm welcome. They’re not rude but an automated check in would be as good they don’t offer anything personal. Few issues with the room which were quickly sorted. It’s like staff barely interact with you and it feels strange.

Location and clean Only 1 working lift the whole stay, as we were on the 9th floor it took forever to get down/up. Areas needed updating
-
Location, cleanliness No restaurant for evening meals. Shabby bar facilities.
-
Rooms were reasonable size No air conditioning, we were told we were possibly not able to stay as technical faults. Check in delayed by 3 hours. Our friends were moved to a different hotel. The hotel should not have been open, our stay was not pleasant unfortunately.

Location for Everton’s new stadium and close to the city, will tell many more of the Northern Ireland Everton supporters club The holding fee, still waiting on it to arrive into my account since Sunday

Property is very clean, tidy and a good location. I can’t get my head around why a UK hotel wants a security deposit and then nearly a month later I haven’t had it refunded. The hotel say they released it, my bank says they haven’t. Bit of a shambles and not something I have had at other uk hotels.
