We requested close room connection it happened. Beds comfy. Easy shower to use. Quiet inside and externally no loud traffic annoyances. Pleasant staff. No room service intrusion Great value, location for our short stay. Nothing

It was clean and comfortable, like that the you have too use your room key to access the lifts That there is no sign that there is disabled access just past the entrance , and that the door didn’t open

It was clean. There was liquid soap and shampoo in bathroom and a hairdryer and iron . It had a kettle with tea n coffee. So close to the albert docks but also close to the cavern and Matthew street. The tv needed attention The blinds were broken but we didn't mind. Maybe someone else would though

Excellent location, convenient for everything yet quiet at night. The room was clean, the bed was ok and the bathroom was clean and modern The first impression was worrying, the carpet in the reception area and in the corridors was very stained and dirty looking.

Excellent location on James street Big size family room - everything you needed Staff helpful Bonus to have blinds and curtains - the kids slept in later Definitely book again ! The only thing would be the bedroom windows don’t open (we like fresh air) and that’s just personal choice - wasn’t major issue!
