They forgot to clean the room & had to ask for toilet paper.

The staff was amazing from check in to checkout. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was great as well. I would 100% stay here again. Big shoutout for the check in receptionist with such a positive and welcoming attitude.

This is a great place to stay. I really enjoy the variety of the breakfast. The swimming pool and basketball court in the outdoor bathrooms make it a very convenient place to relax in the summer.

My tv didn't work, had to switch rooms late at night. Nobody could help fix the issue.

Overall good. We drove for 5 hours and we arrived 30 mins early at the hotel and we are so exhausted from the drive. They accommodated us right away to our room. Big help when ur traveling with kids. Shout out to Ryan at the front desk that time None

The room was great. The staff were wonderful. The public bathroom was dirty. The milk at breakfast tasted spoiled.

Super location! Right next to the outlet malls, restaurants, etc.

The hotel was great but later In the evening recieved complaints of noise. The only thing on was a television. Then we were making noise. There was nobody else there, no noise except for TV. If this is the case my complaint is thin walls and thin ceiling. Build a better hotel!

No response to my emails. It said refundable, and it was a sham. I am very disappointed in the quality of the management at this property.

The suites were fantastic, and we booked it because the price was good. If the price was more expensive, we would’ve definitely not booked it. The breakfast buffet was just OK, but not great. The security guard standing there taking up space in the buffet made me not want to get food.

Room could be better. Shower flooded. Room smelled. Shower curtain should be longer to prevent flooding. Charged for Snacks that were stale.
