The hotel is located downtown within walking distance of several restaurants and bars in addition to the river. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The views from the balcony room were spectacular.

The only thing that I can say was positive was the location of hotel and four outstanding staff members, three front Desk staff two wonderful ladies on night's and one beautiful young lady in the morning, and also the head of housekeeping Thanks Very Poor room quality, one front Desk staff member louis, really need to be re-trained on customer service.

Room was great after we changed rooms. First room was room 303 and the TV didnt work and it was a handicap room. We moved to room 305 and it was fantastic! There was no pool. Bummer.

The room was very comfortable The room was ok but it was not the kind of room I had booked and paid for, I even called the hotel 3 times and confirmed that I was getting the kind of room that I wanted.. but when we arrived they didn't have any more balcony room,which was essential to my stay, which ruined my 1st anniversary .. and there was no microwave in room. We made the best of it..But the staff was nice.
