Nothing. They gave me a single room in a very bad location

Breakfast had lots of options and was very tasty. Location was not in the most beautiful part of the city, but it was easy to access metro. Staff (Joao in particular) were very friendly.

The hotel is close to the metro station, and the city center is a 15-minute walk away. I didn’t like that there was no towel or mat for the floor when getting out of the shower, and only body towels were provided

The area is questionable, too many homeless around

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good (especially the sweet options) and our room was big, comfortable and nicely designed. The shower was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent: once the windows were closed, we didn’t hear a thing. The AC worked well and quietly and the location was convenient, with two metro stations just a three‑minute walk away, making it easy to reach the city center. There were a couple of downsides: the breakfast room is a bit small, so it can feel crowded when many guests arrive at the same time. The neighborhood is also quite busy, with streets that aren’t the cleanest and a few odd characters around - but we never had any negative experiences and it felt more like part of Lisbon’s usual vibe than a real issue.

Amazing Great

The room was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and nutritious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Huge plus for the air conditioning unit in the room and the black out wall for the windows to get the room dark during the night. The hotel was near to the center but the area didn’t feel so safe specially during evening. There also could have been more counter space in the toilet.

The location, breakfast and customer friendly staff The a/c didn’t work which made the room very hot and made it difficult for me to sleep well. The hotel should do something about their air conditioning

What we did not like was that we were unable to fully explore the neighborhood during our stay, which was a bit disappointing since the area seemed interesting and convenient.

The property was clean, room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. I wasn’t allowed to take a cup of coffee out of the breakfast facility

Clean, comfortable, breakfast buffet is a bit different every morning, the place is well kept, staff very friendly. Close to the metro and public transport. While the are of the hotel is safe if you are walking south to the center in some area it felt unsafe so I just recommend to use the metro or any public transport or bolt

Bed was comfy. Ease of checking in&out.

Good The bath show door leaks water

Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. There is a nice Italian restaurant next door Artigiano, very delicious food. Location is terrible, a lot of homeless people on the street, sometimes they would shout or argue with somebody and I could hear them in my room. The whole neighborhood didnt feel safe to walk around. Every hour you can hear ambulance or police sirens. Also, the tv in the room was old (not smart tv) and the fridge was barely working.
