Highly recommend this property. They upgraded our room free of charge which was so kind and we loved the room that we stayed in! We were able to do laundry in the room which was so helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and beautifully designed. They have a cafe in the lobby with delicious coffee and pastries which was also convenient to have access to when we checked out and had to go to the airport at 8am. Will definitely be returning :)

Swimming pool area, breakfast and location. Gym is like CrossFit (didn’t like it) , lots of people the whole time and too noisy .

Loved the lobby. Appreciate the accessibility to many things like food and shopping. Staff was all lovely and accommodating.

Not super walkable to things. But there are a few places you can walk to. Likely a short uber ride away.

Nice design, quiet, good shower. Thermostat not user friendly, inner bathroom door knob feel off, instant coffee in the room, no towel in the kitchen?, no Kleenex, it was as if someone might steal anything that wasn’t tacked down. $11.00 dollars for 2 coffees at the lobby bar! “Good morning”. Had to return to have a flat white heated because the person making the coffee, was nee to the process? (Messing up the initial coffee of the AM is not good service.).

Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful lobby. Nice coffee from lobby café. Food was tasty at Santa Marta. Room configuration so awkward. No room to walk around the bed. Had rubbish piled up in room for 4 days even though it had been ‘serviced’ (we were given more toilet paper) rubbish still wasn’t taken and no bin in room. Room was dark. Bed uncomfortable. Not practical getting to room with luggage across courtyard/property. Dinner at Santa Marta overpriced. Dirt on walls, in shower and dust on floor. We had no fridge, kitchenette or any similar amenities in room.

I liked that our room went directly out to the pool area & that the entrance was outside as well. The pool area was really nice with the restaurants around it. Having the multiple dining places, coffee shop, & cocktail bars was such a plus! Great location in the city as well! It felt like you were on a resort properly tucked in a very busy city! We had a very early flight in & arrived at the hotel in the AM. We were aware that check in was not until 4pm; however, the staff told us that as soon as the other guests checked out, they would have our rooms cleaned & we would be able to check in. This did not happen & when 4pm came around, the rooms were still not ready.

We felt this was a pretty good base for Lisbon. The location is pretty good, right in central Lisbon, within walking distance of the beautiful parklands. Plenty of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. We made the final decision to stay here based on the nice gym and had a few good workouts there. There are a few pieces of decent cardio gear and a great selection of free weights including 2 power racks with Olympic weights, Smith rack with dual pulley system, and a complete set of dumbbells and several benches. The room was OK and everything was clean and bright and relatively comfortable. The pool area and garden courtyard are both very nice, along with a couple of nice restaurants. Overall we had a good stay and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. Our room was nice but small and cramped. We were always getting in each other’s way and not much space to spread out. The little kitchenette was basic but functional, while the sitting/dining area was cramped and not well laid out. The TV was behind/above the couch so couldn’t be watched from the couch. The bathroom was definitely just a one-person-at-a-time affair. The hotel layout was confusing, with multiple ground levels in different parts of the hotel and elevators spread out all over the place. Everybody seemed to be walking around lost, trying to get from point A to point B.

We only stayed 3 nights. The staff was extremely helpful. We had breakfast one morning at the buffet but enjoyed the lobby cafe the other 2 mornings. The restaurants were beautiful and inviting but we did not eat at any of them, we had other plans. Loved the pool and the interior garden patio area. I would recommend the hotel and we would stay again. Nothing we didn't like.

Was great to have the condo with the fridge and breakfast nook . The vibe by the pool is really relaxed .. an oasis in the middle of a busy city . Can walk to Rossio square in 20 min .. very central . Staff was friendly . Check in / out was very smooth . Property is confusing to navigate .. takes time to get used to it .. ie which elevator goes where

Bring body lotion as hotel doesn’t offer it.

The design and furniture choice is very tasteful, the amenities and facilities are so clean and modern. Hoped for more explanation on the oven, washing and drying machine! It was weirdly uninstinctive and had no English explanation

I didn't expect the room to be so small as compared to other rooms in Portugal
