The location was amazing!

Nothing outstanding actually. Room was too small, bathroom required some acrobatics to get in and out, and use the shower. Place to find the luggages and to move in the room was a challenge.
-
The staff was so frendly and the location was great ! I think some parts need an upgrade like the hall ways.

Location and friendly staff Street was closed to traffic. It was difficult to take a taxi as the drivers were lost.

Location is amazing and we booked the balcony room so high enough from most street noise. The hot breakfast was excellent, the staff were always helpful and would definitely stay again. Really nice, clean bathroom with walk-in shower. Most of the hotels in area have smaller rooms. The balcony was very small, unable to even have a chair or two out there. Basically can stand outside though and view on street side is excellent. You will see in reviews that there is construction happening next door to other building. The staff did their best, it’s still something to check on to see when it’s finished. It didn’t impact us much because we were top floor.

Front desk staff were excellent. Helpful and friendly No natural light in the room

The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the third floor

Great location right on a pedestrian only street. Lots of restaurants and bars and music. Yet room was very quiet and comfortable. Staff was so helpful. Spoke multiple languages. Greeted us with wine and pastries. Highly recommend. Nothing

The location was perfect for seeing Lisbon. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Nothing.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!

The location was perfect! The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way for us.

Awesome little hotel right in the middle of everything. Be forewarned that it is located on a pedestrian street, so you’ll have to haul your luggage from one of the side streets.

We really loved the property and how kind the staff was! The room was bigger than the usual European room and the bathrooms were big and clean. The staff was super kind and held our luggage for us twice and answered all of our questions. It’s in a very central location on a pedestrian only street with easy access to everything. Really liked it!! This is for my more “noise sensitive” people. The room itself is so quiet and very well insulated. We never heard our neighbors or people in the hall or anything like that. The street the hotel is on is pedestrian only, but there are restaurants with patios up and down the street that don’t close until ~11 PM (which is completely normal for Lisbon time). We are from Chicago and are used to street noise and found it totally reasonable and fine. But if you need the quiet and have a 9 PM bedtime, maybe try a less fun neighborhood

The staff are amazing. SO helpful, thank you Rui, Elisette, Barbara.?? Good breakfast, on a pedestrian walkway with many restaurants, shops. Small but clean comfortable rooms. We learned Bolt, Uber do not like to come to that area as in peak times takes 20mins to get out. And taxis you have to go to the square.

Awesome staff in a great location. And pastel de nata + wine at the desk. no lobby or seating area - and the room was so small that there really wasn’t any place to sit except the bed.
