Opposite to kids park I wish there were more options in breakfast or something new every day and I wish the boiled eggs to be warm.
-
The rooms were not as they show in the pic not spacious
-
Reception was weird, a bit rude. I could have been us.

Exceptional stay!! This was truly the perfect location - right on the park and close to everything. They even upgraded our room at no charge! And the breakfast was phenomenal.

Located where I wanted to be The property could do with a bit of modernization but it delivered what I expected. I thought that the scrambled eggs were not great - please don’t add cream, a cook a bit less so there are a bit more moist. The orange juice is better than my last time at this hotel in 2022.

- The breakfast was incredible. - The staff were very kind and allowed me to check in two hours earlier. - I really liked the view from my balcony. - The bathroom was a little small and outdated. - The water pressure could have been stronger, especially for washing long hair.

Room Size. Bed/Mattress and Pilow

A little bit outdated with some need of renovation, but very clean.

The room was clean and I enjoyed having a balcony. The breakfast was amazing. Everything you could imagine was provided and it was all very fresh. I enjoyed the bar in the evening. The room was a bit small for 2 people

Location Beds were hard and you had to pay for coffee for room.

Barely acceptable, decent place to stay, good breakfast. Ok for few days but for the money I was expecting better. Great location and kind staff. Great pillows and okish mattress. Somewhat clean. I would recommend having great lunch at the closeby Pingo Doce for just few euros. it's acceptable, passing the minimum threshold for an hotel where you can stay without major headaches. You can hear any minimum noise from outside and I mean the hotel corridor not the street, heating did not really work for me (although I did not need it). The elevator is small and mostly busy. Small/average room size which needs renovation. The window barely swiped.

The location was great and the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. You can park on the street and that was very convenient as we rented a car to travel to the countryside. The room had 2 single beds instead of 1 double as we had booked and hotel didn't inform us that they didn't have availability. The bathroom was tiny - one can barely move there. Also the breakfast place was crowded - small tables, little space and you would disturb several other people in order to get to your chair.

-Rooms with balcony got beautiful view. Also got good natural ventilation. -The complimentary coffee and water provided in the room are only for one-time use, regardless of how many days you stay. -There was a musty smell in the room. Although not entirely sure, we thought it might be coming from the carpet. -The room isn’t very small, but it’s not functional. There’s no space to open a second suitcase. The bathroom is very cramped. -Breakfast wasn’t terrible, but it was below my expectations. At the very least, the boiled eggs could have been served warm or hot.
-
The bathroom was very uncomfortable, toilet seat literally linked in one side to a wall with a sharp corner where I kept banging my elbow, old furniture, no table on the balcony and it would have been useful to have it to put a cup of tea on it while admiring the view, or to do some work on the balcony. The walls were very thin, I could hear the neighbors showering, the doors were impossible to close without banging, so every morning, starting at 6.30 AM there was a lot of noise that would wake me up.. Also, I would have liked a more generous variety of healthy food at breakfast, some vegetables, other than cucumbers and tomatoes, there was a lot of ulta-processed food, lots of pastries and sweets that made it difficult for me to enjoy breakfast for the 7 days I was there.

Standard 3-star, nothing more, nothing less. Clean, central. Staff a bit aloof – but got a free room upgrade. The hotel's location is ideal. Room (and bathroom) dated and rather tight. The cleaning staff is far too loud early in the morning, for a place with such tiny hallways.

The room is too small to open my luggage

Great breakfast
