The room was beautiful. The sheets and towels were just amazing. I would have loved to buy them for my home. We loved having a butler show us our room and all of the important features. The front desk also helped us several times with arranging taxis. The location is perfect for so many of the sites. It is also located in a flat area if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues and prefer to walk in areas with a bit less hills. I can't think of anything. It was perfect.

Beautiful rooms, bed very comfortable, staff exceptionally attentive. Didn't see out butler, no milk in room fridge for coffee / tea, no outdoor facilities.

Absolutely everything. The suite was fantastic, the staff were extremely attentive, excellent service from check-in to the bar and restaurant team. A massive shout out to our butler, Andre, nothing was too much trouble! The location was perfect, close to everything but very quiet. We cannot rate this property enough. There really is nothing not to like.

Great concept and all the facilities are beautiful. The service is just amazing, every member at the hotel was there to help you with anything you need. The breakfast is very low quality comparing to all the rest. If you order anything from the kitchen it will take 30 to 45 min to receive it on the table., even if it is a simple omelette. The manager has promised to change that.
