5 star service all the way! Great hotel and comfortable bed! Fabulous breakfast! I liked the fact that it's across the road from the Department store.Roof top pool was beautiful! Have to walk up a hill but the hotel was fantastic so worth it

Clean, modern and great amenities A bit far from central Lisbon. Uber/bolt or metro is required. Rooftop pool and bar could be open a bit later, closes at 7pm

Fabulous rooftop pool and spa Comfy beds I had an early flight on day of check out, the kitchen made me a breakfast box to take with me to the airport. Everything was perfect

We liked everything about the property. For a 5 star hotel the room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink had yellowish build up in the sink, the shower had a black build up and the plastic was coming off of the door. There was a pink mark on the closet. Hotel should have a deep clean in the room once a week or every other week to maintain.

From the moment I booked online the hotel was most responsive to email requests. They arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel. We were greeted by the most friendly and courteous staff. Our room was ready early upon arrival and they could not have been more accommodating. The hotel is gorgeous and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. Everything about the Epic Sana Lisboa is top quality. Highly recommend for a fabulous stay in Lisbon. Oh and the spa is delightful! Absolutely nothing!

Clean, view from room. For five star I would’ve expected slightly more in terms of decor, facilities. Disappointed roof top bar not open or outdoor pool. Was not made aware beforehand.

We stayed at EPIC SANA Lisboa for 3 nights from December 29 to January 1. Overall, the hotel has many strong points, especially the breakfast, which was excellent every day with great variety and quality. The indoor pool was also very nice and relaxing. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, and within walking distance of many places. We were disappointed to find that the outdoor pool was advertised as heated, but this was not the case during our stay. This was quite misleading and affected our expectations. The room was generally good and comfortable, but there were a few minor issues. The shower curtain, which was supposed to work with key control, was not functioning properly. Also, noise from the neighboring room was very noticeable, especially when doors were opened and closed, as there was little sound insulation. Unfortunately, our room view was also quite poor, as we stayed on the 3rd floor facing a mostly blocked building.

Best buffet breakfast I have ever had. Big clean rooms, great atmosphere at the pool. The bar in the foyer provided a relaxing spot for a drink. Gym and sauna amazing! Food is very expensive which is disappointing. Very small servings (room service) didn't align with the cost
