Location and a great breakfast. Booking advertises that they have laundry sevice and free airport shuttle. They no longer do.

The hotel is situated in a good neighborhood. Breakfast was really nice. Nothing.

Decent breakfast! Nothing really, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very clean spacious room Balcony

We had 2 rooms and lots of space. Excellent breakfast with smoked salmon. Staff went out of their way to be helpful— Joao spent a whole hour helping us book a visit to Sintra. Only downside is the steep climb up the hill to get to hotel. Location very good otherwise—easy access to downtown.

Affordable! Location and absence of greetings help, special if you belong to the senior class!

Breakfast

The antique couch in the room is cute but appears to be collapsing. It is going to if a large person uses it.

Breakfast setting/foods was good. However, it cannot accommodate all guests at the same time. It is a small space. The hotel feels more like beds and breakfast. The way it was presented on the booking.com was deceiving. It is not a bad place, but they should be transparent about it and let people decide. Some may like the antique looks and feels like at home, and others may like it for proximity to the high-end stores that are a 10-15 minute walk away. However, transparency is key to ensuring guests have an accurate expectation of their stay. walks away.

It could have had a better way to unlock my door. Heavy plastic key which was uncomfortable …my shower leaked water all over floor first nite.. very difficult for me to clean it up. I could have slipped and hurt myself

Deiego at the reception was excellent, he went extra mile to help make our stay pleasent

There were a lot of choices for breakfast, cooked to order. Loved the egg tarts, better than the ones I bought @ a bakery in town. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, shops etc. I walked everywhere. Be mindful, the roads are all cobblestone & can be hard to navigate. A lot of hilly places. I booked a suite & the sitting room was nice. There was a lot of construction going on around the area. The roads are narrow & I am afraid I cannot see cars coming around corners.

Good breakfast! Does not cater to the needs of the customer.

Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was difficult to shower because the shower door was only a half door. Water went everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was made to order. Room was spacious. Wi-fi issue to connect TV.
