The rooms were large and spacious The deco was a bit dated

I stayed at this hotel with my family and we had a wonderful experience. Great location, clean and well-organized hotel, and very friendly staff who went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Mundial. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. They kindly fulfilled my request for a high-floor room, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location is perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot. The breakfast was very good, and the overall service exceeded my expectations Nothing significant. Everything met or exceeded my expectations

Great location! Close to everything. The bathtub is too slippery & narrow specially for elderly and disabled people, but then again I’m a slim person and in good health yet it was still very narrow and slippery for me as well. The hotel staff did get me a silicone mat to put inside the bathtub for my parents and I which helped some. We would still stay here in a room which doesn’t have a bathtub.

The location, professional staff, very clean, food excellent Very noisy. You can hear everything that happen around you, the ambulance, people screaming in the street.
-
Location was good, breakfast was great, staff were more than accommodating! There seemed to be a little glitch with the A/C in the dining area, but not unbearable.
-
The location is great - near all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast could be improved, it is overpriced and there was no air conditioning or fan so it was very hot. While the location is close to shops and restaurants, at night I did not feel safe travelling in some of the surrounding areas. It is very noisy outside during the night as well.

Location, restaurants, lounge, hospitality Mattress- very uncomfortable

The staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. Breakfast spread was nice. The rooms are outdated. The location was good except when you look over to a very beautiful park is just infested with a lot of bums. I wish they would clean up that park because it was such a beautiful park but we were too scared to go there with the kids

We liked how spacious the room was. Attentiveness of the staff. Quality of breakfast and location. Property was a bit dated, mostly the rooms. There was a kettle and coffee mugs, but no coffee or coffee maker in room. The TV in the room was hard to control and the list of channels/entertainment on the TV was not usable. More plugs and charging options near the bed would be also preferred.

It was close to transportation, restaurants and shopping. Nothing to dislike !

Excellent location and breakfast. Helpful staff.

Excellent location, excellent room

Location was great, very close to many popular places. Lots of good restaurants around. The tram #28 stop is few steps away from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant had the best view of the city. This hotel was pricier than any other hotel we booked in Portugal. But, I guess, everything in Lisbon is pricier than in the rest of Portugal lol
