Slightly inconvenient for drop off and pickup. High end facilities and priced that way.

By far the best hotel in Lisbon! If you are looking to stay in the center of the city, close to all the main attractions- look no further. We loved how accessible the hotel was, located on a flat pedestrian zone very close to chiado so if you are looking to go there you are just steps away. Definitely recommend with children and super stroller friendly. Excellent location, amazing staff (each and every single one!), we loved the turn down service as well which is great if your kids nap. Nothing.

The location is great! In the center of Lisbon, 2 minutes from ZARA ;) The staff was very friendly and helpful! We were with a 6 month old baby and our flight was at night and they let us a late Check out with no extra charge. The room was clean, a bit small but that was fine for us. The hotel have a nice patio and the restaurant was great!

Excellent front desk staff. Helpful and friendly. Good water pressure and nice soft towels. Postage stamp sized room (despite being told that we were upgraded). Overpriced breakfast — 25€ for what would cost $10€ across the street — and lousy service in the restaurant.

The breakfast was outstanding. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice with a sauna next to it (we didn't swim). The room was beautiful and luxurious with marble tiles, high quality bedding and towels, bathrobes and slippers. The front desk staff was able to provide some stamps for postcards, and they arranged a private ride to the airport for us. The TV was mounted to the side of the bed, so it was hard to lay in bed and watch it. We laid sideways in bed part of the time to see it better.

beautiful outdoor garden Transportation cannot pull up to hotel. You must walk a short distance. Not terrible but may be hard for older people.

Air conditioning was too cold and could not be set above 21. When off, then it was really to hot. Orange juice for breakfast was often just bad, which is disappointing for such a hotel

Hotel architecture and fabulous restoration with lovely design touches blending through gave the hotel a lovely ambience First class service and food with staff who go beyond 100% to make your trip memorable, comfortable rooms with top class bedding and robes plus super cleanliness everywhere meant this stay was very calming. Location couldn't be more perfect, a stones throw from all forms of transport needed. It only has a tiny plunge pool but with sauna and modern ingym.

Staff did not respond to our issues with AC not working
