Spacious room, nicely decorated, superb breakfast, great location. Relaxing pool & spa facilities. On-site beauty & hair salons. Staff were very helpful & friendly. They even surprised us with champagne & cake delivered to the room for my husband’s birthday.

The beds were comfortable. It is not a 5-star hotel. We spent 4 nights there and our room was only cleaned once, and that was after I called the reception twice and waited 3-4 hours. We also found an empty bag of chips in the minibar. It seems that the staff did not check the minibar before giving us the room.

Staff was wonderful. If you asked for ice it arrived in ten minutes. It was a 10 euro taxi ride to go anywhere.

Room- perfect. Staff- amazing. Rooftop bars x2 with excellent views Solid pool/sauna/spa facilities There was nothing. It was incredible. One thing I found odd, which I assume is cultural, is that you had to wear a swimming cap that the hotel provided to use the pool facilities. I’ve never heard of that before.

In a short sentence I can say, from the check-in till the check-out we were treated well by the hotel staffs which is expected from any 5-star rated place. The staff's where so helpful, the cleaners did great job in keeping the room fresh and neat. The breakfast was of top notch quality. Overall we are content with the experience we had with Altis Grand hotel and would highly recommend this place. Nothing to call out explicitly as we didn't experience anything which we wanted the staffs to pay attention to.
