Rooms were nice and clean.

The Hampton Airport, Lincoln has the absolute best staff & customer service. I left my tablet at the facility. It was promptly turned in by housekeeping. When I called, they required identifiers, then proceeded to arrange return shipping. Thank you to all involved. Prior to this incident, we were delighted with the clean, comfortable facility, well maintained, above average breakfast included with friendly staff. Great bed. The tub stopper actually functioned. It was a little noisy from the freeway, but not from the airport. All this for a reasonable price!

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in this area. This was by far the best. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was a lot of choices for breakfast and it was all good. We’ll stay here again.

Conveniently located close to the airport. Nice staff comfortable rooms. The only improvement I could think of, are the breakfast choices. They ran out of eggs really early and the “country gravy” was just a powder mix.

Very convenient location to get to Lincoln downtown as well as drive to Omaha. Lots of eating joints within 10 minute drive from the property. The staff were very amicable and promptly accommodated requests for holding deliveries as well as a late checkout.

Nice place to stay with family

I accidentally left a shirt hanging in the closet when I checked out. Within 30 minutes of leaving, I called the hotel to let them know exactly where it was and asked if they could retrieve it since I planned to return the following day to pick it up. Unfortunately, that did not happen. When I returned, I was told the shirt had not been found. I am absolutely certain the shirt was left in the closet. Whether it was taken by someone or simply mishandled, the hotel’s response and lost-and-found process were unacceptable. I expected the staff to retrieve an item after being notified so quickly, but that did not happen. This experience left me questioning how lost property is handled and significantly diminished an otherwise positive stay.

It was good asy to get to and quiet despite the location.
