Hotel is in a nice neighborhood with a ice variety of restaurants and good shopping mall. Rooms are large.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The floors were sticky and left a black residue on our feet. Unfortunately, when we were checking out we were charged an extra fee for a dirty towel which was a result of these dirty floors.

Totally fine hotel. A bit nicer than I expected and than the photos show. It's a few minutes walk from the shopping center. Everything works as it should. Quite spacious. I would certainly stay there again if I wanted to stay in that area. Breakfast was a bit miserable, specially for vegetarians.

The room had a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had warm water/shower and a hair dryer. Tv had a lot of channels (even though most of them with bad pictures quality) and the wifi worked stable. The fridge (actually a mini bar) was too small and did not cool down. The view from the room against walls in every direction is really depressing and bad. The choices for breakfast are very bare minimum and limited, for everything extra, like a second coffee, you have to pay (8,- Soles per coffee). The laundry service is also highly overpriced. They charge 7,- or 8,- Soles for one shirt, while 300 meters down the street I could get washed, cleaned and dried up 1,5 kilos within 3 hours for just 6,- Soles.

The location. Facility is clean and well maintained. Shuttle to airport was affordable price.

The room was both cold and noisy. The AC only works for cooling, but in the evenings and nights, it was a bit cold, and there was no way to heat it. Also, my room was facing a main street and the noise got to the fifth floor.

Very clean and spacious room. Good choice at breakfast. For tourists the location could have been better but the receptionists helped us book taxis to get around so it was manageable.
