This is always where we stay when we come to Lexington.. already booked for my next stay in September!

Out light did not work in out room but other than that was excellent would stay there again

Friendly staff. Room was mostly clean, but there were some spots on one of the pillows. The room was showing some wear. There was water damage around the window and some of nicks and dents in the walls, baseboards, etc.

We did not get to stay after we made reservations we got their they wanted a $100 deposit that we would get back if room was not damaged. So we said that was fine so we ask if we could pay with cash he said no so I moved over money out of my savings but my card would not work so then we had to leave late at night and try to find somewhere else to stay. That they would not just take the cash

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We rested well for a late arrival. The only complaint I could give would be the $100 additional refundable fee demanded to check in due to using the Expedia App. I am a Holiday Inn Rewards customer. I don’t think that was necessary. To cancel the room and start over with a reservation at the counter meant I would not be allowed to stay. Again, doesn’t make good common sense. Especially if using Expedia was the problem. Despite Niels best efforts, that was not good cutomser service for this visit.

The hotel was so convenient off the highway and the staff was great. The breakfast was a hit with my family. Our only complaint was the loud squeaky noise from the elevator all night.
