For the price, I really can’t complain. Overall, a good stay and great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice

Overall, my stay was really good. The staff was very helpful and nice and courteous. As far as in the room, I would really recommend to get some kind of Mat to put on the floor in the bathrooms and in the shower simply because can be very slippery. I mean, there could use some fresh paint and some upgrades, but overall very satisfied. And would recommend to stay there.

Quick, helpful staff and solid rooms. Not bad for the price, just book online

There were not enough conveniently located outlets; I jab to crawl behind the bed to plug in phone and CPAP machine. I kept having to go to the front desk for them to reactivate my room key card. No elevator for people with disabilities. Had to request towels.
-
Is ok for the price. They do need to place more toilet paper in the room as well as towels

.......

No as clean as it was advertised, I checked in went to inspect room, beds not sturdy, room smelled of mildew, a/c not working
-
Breakfast bar was poor. No coffee, only waffle mix, no syrup.

Our experience was ok. Just needed a room for the night and it served its purpose. It was nothing fancy. Room was simple, and clean.
-
Con: LED lights in the rooms. A strong smell of air freshener in the lobby.

Our first night we found cockroaches in our bathroom. When my SO went to check with the front desk they gave him a pest strip. The next day we were moved to a new room. The new room had 1 working outlet and was two beds not 1 king. The second day in that room my SO found a cockroach crawling out of his CPAP and what looked to be evidence of other infestations. The front desk was less than helpful and refused to contact the manager due to it being the weekend when we requested a refund. They were also going to spray our room for pest and have us still stay there. Disgusting.

Workers friendly but didn’t fulfill requests whenever something needed attention. Won’t be back to any Super 8 Motels,

First was given occupied room...walked in on other people. Desk clerk acted surprised almost argumentative. The next room I was given, room and ac smelled of mold. The one chair in the room was broken and stained horribly. Floor lamp broken being held up by wall. Hallway carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. 1 used roll of toilet paper, no extra. Was not told there were only stairs for 3 floors. I have mobility issues so was most difficult. Horrible accommodations

I tried to find something good about this hotel and I couldn't. Hallways smelled like cat urine. The bed had pee stains on it. Door didn't lock securely. Milk and juice tasted sour at breakfast. 2 out of the 4 of us spent the night in the ER. No discount!

The room itself had several issues. The phone didn't work, the TV constantly glitched, and it was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Everything was covered in dust, and there were dust rings showing where items had been sitting for a long time without being moved. One of the biggest safety concerns was that the building wasn't even secure. The side entrance was unlocked, and you didn't need a key card to get into the building, meaning anyone could walk in at any time. Checking out was just as frustrating. I couldn't get anyone at the front desk to answer, and when I finally found someone, it was a housekeeper who couldn't understand or speak enough English to help. To make matters worse, I was charged for the room a second time because they claimed Expedia hadn't paid them. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of security, poor customer service, and being charged twice, I would not recommend staying here and will never return.

However, staff were nice. Well, I would say that staying at Super 8 was actually good. Our first time stay was great, though.

Tv did not work most of our stay, parking was not the best and we felt the need to keep an eye on our vehicle throughout the night. Staff was not rude but not willing to help either.
