Very good wheelchair access, including in the bathroom. I chose the shower option and it was perfect for anyone needing to walk/roll in with no lip etc. 4 lifts meaning I never had to wait for long! Very friendly staff, I felt confident that they could either answer any questions I had, or point me towards someone that could Reception staff didn't aggressively upsell breakfast to me, which was a relief as that's something I hate! Whole place is very clean, and smells fresh without relying on heavy scents. Location is also very very good, with great transport links. Big TV! Not something I normally care about, but that was nice. Couldn't work out how to get subtitles though I was offered several floors to choose from, which I rarely see in other places. Normally the wheelchair accessible rooms are all on one floor, so having options was a nice surprise! Door to the room was very heavy for an accessible room, but I understand that's likely a safety regulation thing Tiny bit more room between the twin beds for a wheelchair to fit between would be nice, but can live without it (I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel for something negative to say about the room haha)
