Clean room which took little fuss to check in to. It was quiet and practical, and the bed was comfortable. In general, I was very disappointed by the quality of the hotel. The door handle into the room was so bad that it took my friend and I around 5 minutes to try and pry the door open--even once the key card made the lock flash green (which was only around 50% of the time), the lock would not actually open, until it positively had to be barged open. Various other things about the room were equally shoddy. The shampoo/body wash dispenser was jammed shut, meaning we had to wash with hand soap, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. I had to re-connect using the portal frequently just to get any connection at all. Two of the lifts up from the lobby weren't working, despite claiming to be on the ground floor, so it took a very long time to wait for lift service. The telephone in the room did not work. Finally, although we booked a twin room, we were given a double. Since I was not travelling with a partner, but rather a friend, this was rather poor form.
