Superb
-
The room was too hot, the air conditioner only removed moisture from the air, and the mattress needed replacing.
-
It is in a great location, relatively clean and comfortable. Would return again.

Good
-
It has a great location, near the Lee Outlets and all the Stockbridge tourist spots The facility needs some tender loving care.
-
cereal, english muffins , coffee - it was fine everything was fine - you get what you pay for - it served our needs

The staff were kind and helpful. The place has good curb appeal...nice landscaping and a good look from the outside. Ice was available , ok continental breakfast...good location to Stockbridge and Great Barrington but not walkable anywhere. The balcony was nice to sit outside and admire the view. The bed was comfy. Good hot water in the shower not so good in the bathroom faucet. We stayed 3 nights and spent most of our time away from the room sightseeing. Good place for a one night stop over. The place sits along the highway and is noisy with traffic. We had to run the AC constantly to muffle the road noise. The rooms are small and bathroom needs an update. No place to put anything in the bathroom. Coffee and breakfast starts at 7am...we are up by 6am and could have used coffee earlier than 7am. A small coffee pot was provided in the room but the little packets of coffee were not adequate for coffee drinkers. My husband went out each morning at 6 and brought us back coffee. It is an economy place...we expected it to be a little less expensive...$400 for 3 nights with tax, perhaps that is a reasonable price for that area? Seemed high to us. I like the area but next visit would book something more walkable.

The room was huge. Second floor. Steps need work as there is a tripping hazard with what is stuck on the steps. Needs a good paint job too.
-
The staff was absolutely wonderful...
-
They had breakfast The bed kept falling off the frame so I was waking up every couple hours fixing the bed and waking up my husband
-
The outside of the hotel needed a lot of upkeep like paint and the stairs were particularly ugly. The inside was clean and neat and the people were wonderful. Great for a budget hotel.
-
It was fine. Not a luxury place, but the room was clean and everything worked ok.
-
The property is in serious need of repair, much less updating.
-
Location. Beautiful view. The breakfast could have offered more options.
-
The new overlayed shower install was already peeling off the wall
-
Comfortable bed, good location, friendly staff, clean room Old facilities, especially the decks, need repair

There was no breakfast available but I see I was charged for it. The room ànd bathroom were very nice, spacious and clean. Booking was easy. 1) I left at 8.30am ànd there was no breakfast available and no one was in the office except for about 8 customers. I waited for 5m. I was charged for a breakfast that wasn’t available. 2) À little exterior painting ànd reinforcement of the stairs would go à long way. 3) didnt feel safe in the back of the hotel ànd without someone manning the front desk.

Close to the Venus that we need ed to be at. Room was tiny! It was very outdated. The room was not very clean. There were dirt marks on the walls, the bathroom door was dirty from where people opened it below the handle. It looked like a dirty footprint on the front of the door. There was a urine spatter on the wall behind the toilet! The shower walls were warped and cracked. The main room, the dresser drawers all had crumbs/debris in them. The curtains were dirty. Behind the fridge was all dusty and dirty and it was all plugged into a Power strip. The “free continental breakfast “ was a joke. Cereal in a glass container . A few pre packaged cinnamon coffee cakes, and some bananas that were so brown and mushy. The good points: the bed seemed clean and the air conditioner worked well. Also a decent ice machine. The lady at check in was nice. Overall the valué for the money was very low.

Included Breakfast ran out of milk for coffee.

The room was moldy, curtains were not fully closed, and tv did not have local channels. We also had multiple attempts to connect with Wi-Fi. We left the lodge at 7:30 am and had breadfast in downtown Lee.
