Locatio, people, food, perfect room

The staff was very nice, and helpful. Room small but comfortable. The heating was working well. The breakfast was good. Great location near the train station. Smell from the bathroom at some times, and the fact that there is no sound isolation between bathroom and the room. And since it is very small, you are practically entering the bathroom from the bed.

Location
-
Cleanness of the hotel was not in acceptable level and the smell in the room.

Do not book from booking.com! Probably the most rude and unpleasant staff in the universe. Extremely bad experience, claiming "we don't provide service, read messages and we don't want to answer over the phone for visitors from booking.com". When I came physically they said it's too late, I should have come physically before my travel to discuss! Ridiculous! They should be banned from this platform.

Location. Cleanliness
-
Location was right by train station so that was perfect. I walked around the neighborhood a lot and felt safe. Home was quite small but I knew it would be. If filled my needs. I had dinner there twice and it was good both times.

No amenities such as coffee, sugar, milk

People who are not customers from the hotel accessed the hotel at night and one guy tried to mugged a lady at 1 am, so we had to call the cops by ourselves since no staff was present at night. It's pretty unsafe. Apart from that incident, the bed is comfortable and it's still a good deal. Breakfast is mid. Since there's a tramway and the train station next to the hotel, it's very noisy and you have to sleep with the window open otherwise it's hot in there because there's no AC. Again, it cost only 38€ per night, so do not expect it to be like staying at the intercontinental.

Good breakfast
-
The location was very convenient, close to the train station and tram stops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good for the price. However, the hotel and rooms definitely need some renovation works. Unfortunately, there was also an unpleasant smell in the hotel.

The proprietor was welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room good too. The breakfast (self service) was excellent. The location is perfect for onward travelling by bus or train. Two observations. The bathroom window has no blind and light comes through to the bedroom through the sliding door panels. It's also big enough for someone to climb in from the neighbouring balcony if you accidentally left it open. As already mentioned.
