Bathroom: The sink was clogged and backing up, then after the first night noticed it was leaking onto the floor as well. The shower door would not stay shut due to it being unlevel. The water pressure was BAD, the pressure was very low and was almost touching the wall to get under it. While talking to front desk about the A/C I mentioned the leaking sink and was told "ok". Air Conditioning: The A/C kept turning off every time we left and overnight, then came back to a hot room (it was 110 degrees the week we visited). I went and finally complained about the A/C and there were several others down there with the same issue, I was told it was an "economy" function that would turn off if it did not sense movement within the room for a little while. There was another group of people that said they had the same problem, it was turning off at night and they had to get up and turn back on. The desk attendant stated they would call the manager to see if they could make an exception and that that was the only person who had access to those functions. I don't think this should be a special request considering the prices were average for most of the other hotels in the area. If the rates were ~$100 night, this would be expected... I would not recommend this hotel unless its the only one available.

Bathroom was falling apart. Mold and mildew and other grime in corners. Tape on the shower holding it together. Ceiling drywall cracking and falling down.

Had a bad odor in the bathroom, told the front desk and they didn’t fix it. Also I got stuck in the elevator

Rm 445 the sinks were clogged. Imagine brushing your teeth and water with slow drain with other room mates. And the Ac felt like it was on 79 vs 69 degrees. Also chairs in breakfast lobby are peeling desperately needs replacing for the price of this hotel!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, and the property was conveniently located. The only issue we experienced was finding ants in our room, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we enjoyed our stay. I hope the ant issue is addressed because this is otherwise a great place to stay.

Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining.

Easy check in and out. Breakfast was so good. I really loved that we could get coffee at all hours. staff also kept fruit out on the table during the day which was great.

Location Previous tenants left clothes in the room, the sheets were dirty/ visibly soiled, there was a fishing hook in the shower on the liner the room was just dirty. Bathroom was not clean, you could clearly see dirt. It was awful. I will never return or recommend

The only problem bath tub wasn't cleaned properly. That's why I always bring cleaning supplies. Other than that everything was okay.

Upon interning the property we thought our stay was going to be nice! Then upon interning the room the bathroom was very nasty, the shower had brown/greenish goop in it! The air in the room did not work and the room was unbearably hot. The manager was rude once we asked about air in the room not working we asked about switching rooms and was rudely told that they will just refund me and leave my family and I with nowhere to stay! I wouldn't recommend to anyone! this hotel was a 0/10
