Smoking area needs to have better signage

Simply put, the door locks are too old and not reliably functional to be able to enter your room on the 1st or 3rd try. I asked to be switched to another room but the front desk had low confidence that would make a difference. She rebooked me to their sister hotel at the Thunderbird. Upper management needs to replace all the electronic key entries as they are too expired. Book elsewhere.

They checked me in the first day supposedly upgraded me to the new property . Then charged me $125 deposit which was not listed on your website. Then when I went to extend they made me check out of the one one I had supposedly upgraded to and check back in and give him another $125 and then they wouldn't check me in because my ID was not valid which they had just checked me in 2 days before insane

Nice spot to explore Vegas. Cheap but doable. No complaints but we are easy going people. Pool was refreshing.

The room was clean and roomy enough to walk around in. I didn't experience any loud neighbors. I met their roving Security Officer and he seemed very nice. The tub was squeaky clean and inviting so I took a long bubble bath. There were enough towels and washcloths for 3 people. The "blanket" was paper thin so bring your own like I did. Three(3) pillows per bed. Comfy, fluffy pillows. The beds were clean. I just had a slight problem with the mattress. It wasn't rock hard. I just don't know what my problem was. All in all, this place is nicer than I thought. It's location is its ONLY drawback. Like I said before they have a VERY CAPABLE armed Security Officer patrolling frequently so I wasn't worried about anything.
