fortunately my room had a recently upgraded bathroom which was lovely. however no one thought to put a towel bar anywhere near the shower. i was extremely pleased to discover new bedding & towels. carpet in the halls needed a cleaning as well as the room, although not as bad. i was struck that there were several of those huge 6' high carts that the cleaners put all the dirty linen & towels in all over the place. most hotels don't want you to see their 'dirty laundry'. the walkways needed repair, walls needed cleaning; but the pool was nice. i found a spider in my bed on the first night, searched for more & found none, but i was on the lookout. my biggest issue was my last night when i saw something moving on my bag on the desk. then i see many bugs all over the walls in the main room, bathroom, and again in the bed. i went to the front desk and was given a nicer room, the desk person was very nice about it and offered help to move my things. and the tv in the first room never worked. i hate to write such a negative review because it probably isn't the fault of many of the people working there, but this place seriously needs some attention.

The bathroom was nice. There were so many little flies. It was gross

The value matched my expectations. I wish the hotel would have let us know that some of the facilities would not be in working order. The room was nice and quiet. Unfortunately, there was a smoky smell to the room. However, the front desk staff (Sarah, Cara, and a couple gentleman that I did not grab their names) were very helpful and offered an ozone treatment to help with the smell. I overall enjoyed my stay and had a massage while I was there. Amy was very good at the massage and the young lady at the front desk of the spa was kind and knowledgeable. I liked that there were some local spots for food and drink in walking distance. It is right across the street from Virgin Hotel and easy to get to the Vegas Strip. The sunsets, and sunrises were unbelievable and the pool was open so that was nice. Thank you Serene for a great stay. I'm excited to come back and see the facilities fully running. I'm sure its an amazing resort when at full capacity. Unfortunately, there was a smoky smell to the room. However, the front desk staff (Sarah, Cara, and a couple gentleman that I did not grab their names) were very helpful and offered an ozone treatment to help with the smell.

The bed was pretty comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job in our room. The pool and hot tub area were very run down. The hot tub is closed off. The place was covered in trash and not a single person was picking it up 6 days after an event. The staff was very rude when I walked in to request early check in. It is not your guests' responsibility to know that you hosted an event. It is your responsibility to clean up and have the proper amount of staff to reset your "resort" to normal. People were referring to this as "trap hotel". Unhoused persons dug through the dumpsters next to where you park. The gate would lock you outside and your room key wouldn't work. 4 rating is probably too high.

Close to airport and strip Run down

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Lady receptionist was mean and unprofessional when we asked for an extra pillow. Pillows were sloppy. Room was hot with ac on. The room was big and spacious

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Nothing but I guess you get what you pay for The Air-con was broken and when I asked for help the property manager made out like I was using it wrong, tried to make me look stupid, he set the AC but it still wasn’t working. It was 44 degrees in Las Vegas, it was a very uncomfortable night. The lift was broken.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The ac wasnt working that good Front desk manager was very rude and unhelpful

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Its was quiet can close to the strip

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

It was close enough to the strip we could walk back, the streets were safe, and there was a lot of options for food and entertainment near by. We got checked into a dirty room and missing the ac remote. We brought it up to staff and the hotel was sold out so there was nothing to be done other than another cleaning. We left for three hours thinking that would have been enough time, we got bad to the same dirty room and still missing that remote. We brought up again to staff but we were so tired by this point all we wanted was the ac remote. Which didn’t up working either way unless we were in the living room part of the suite, the rest of the room stayed at a solid 75 degrees.
