Clean room. Makeup removers. Ac, cool air even when not on. Clean sheets. Very comfortable

Room was clean. Upgraded us. Air conditioning was very good.

Excellent location with great potential. However, the property could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and some minor renovations, such as new carpeting, fresh paint, and updates to the plumbing system. These improvements would make the space feel much cleaner, fresher, and more comfortable.

It was a place to sleep. It may have been clean but it was hard to tell with everything so stained. Water didn't drain in the shower, fridge had 1/2 gone drink from last guest. Hard to find an electric outlet that worked. This is a one night only kind of place.

First room I was in, the AC wasn't working. Second room the AC was good, but there was a smoky smell and the smoke detector was torn off the ceiling. The comforter looked dirty, the tub AND shower curtain were dirty, and the toilet seat was broken.

The room was dirty. The carpet had stains all over. The shower had mold and was dirty. The sink was clogged and staff said they would fix it but never did. The breakfast was very limited and the bread was moldy. Terrible hotel.

The towels were old/used several times. No extra pillows provided.

Beds were too firm. Room smells a bit like mildew and there was mildew in the shower.

Carpets were wet, hole in wall, no ac, very limited food in am, very moist in night.

Ideal location for my needs. The WiFi access did not connect in Room 119 with the password provided. The desk clerk was unable to determine why this connection did not work. According to my laptop, this motel uses Verizon, and on the connection screen the words "Verizon Not Connected" appeared, which usually occurs with Verizon when a customer's service bill is NOT paid. Not being able to connect through my laptop delayed me accomplishing necessary communications and work for three days. The air conditioner unit in Room 119 needs maintenance, probably new parts if replacement parts are available for such an old and outdated machine. That unit is extremely noisy, so noisy that it's hard to sleep at night, or even to nap during the afternoon.

Could be cleaned better

This was an easy on and off the highway location. It was quiet and the staff was wonderful. It felt safe and sound. I slept well.

Considere to build an elevator for people older than 80 years

The staff at check in were very friendly , attentive with the extra mile to make sure that I was in a comfortable room with all the amenities that I needed.

When I went into the room I thought the windows were dirty on the outside and then I realized that there are equally dirty inside. Other than that the room was adequate for the price.

Carpets were soiled in hallways and room

The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was super. Layout of room was nice, also. Breakfast with bagels and yogurt would have been nice.

Room was very outdated but AC was cold, TV signal was in & out. Pool wasn't the cleanest. Breakfast was just cereal, toast, yogurt, & coffee. Staff was helpful!!

Nothing Woke up to bugs in bathroom, blood on the blankets, the side of bed was full of stains, it was disgustingly gross. This place shouldn’t exist run down, dirty and disgusting. Rude customer service. Will never be back

The room was visibly dirty, the ceiling paint was bubbled and breakfast was not worth it. We had to ask for extra towels to accommodate. Would not stay here again.
