It was quite very helpful that a Walmart is just around the corner

Not clean. Cockroach’s were found. First room that was given to us was not clean, beds not made and dirty used towels in the bathroom. Entire place smelled like marihuana and so many people kept walking inside the building. Or smoking right next to the building. So many cops showing up. Definitely not safe or clean.

Shame on the city for still having this dump open. You’re better off sleeping in the car or on the sidewalk. Disgusting place don’t stay here. I am still waiting on my cancellation everything about this place was awful. Flies, mold, smoke, nasty bedding, nasty bathrooms, drug dealing, everything is gross without exaggerating. Tear this crap down.

hotel is basically falling to pieces, and also smells really bad, nothing works, I went to the front desk and in about five minutes I heard many complaints from customers, not surprised honestly

Women beware. While staying there for a night, I received the following 3 visits. 1) the maintenance guy opened my door at around 10 pm without asking. Thankfully I had the safety latch on. He asked if I was renting for the night (obviously) and used a walker talkie to communicate with someone. 2) a woman (either drunk or unstable) knocked on my door at 11:00 pm saying she was looking for her husband. 3) the same maintenance guy and another guy knocked on my door at 2:30 AM saying they needed to shampoo the carpet. I never opened my door. I called the front desk numerous times and they NEVER answered. It’s very unsafe! Do not stay here.

That I had to ask for towels. There was a phone in the room but it was not connected to anything. That I was probably over-charged for the experience, subjectively anyway.

everything i disliked everything.

They gave my room key to someone who tried to open our door at about 10:30 at night. I slammed the door on the persons hand that was trying to unlock the saftey latch. I called the front desk , they said oh my bad! They were not concerned at all.

The a/c never worked right the whole time I was there. There was people on drugs running the halls all through the night. There was no pillow cases on the pillows there was no rags or trash cans in the room.
-
No lights in parking. No pool as advertised. No breakfast as advertised. Smell of cigarettes in hallways. Everthing dirty, trash on floors.
-
All false advertisement. NO free breakfast and/or at least continental nor coffee, no pool, no hot tub. No in room coffee or toiletries. 1 towel, no hand towels wash cloth, or floor mat.

Would like a refund room was not at all like pictures

Nothing Dirty, scary atmosphere. Lots of homeless people in the area. Sink was full of water that wouldn’t drain. Sink not functional. Reservations weren’t honored.

Nothing When we arrived on the property, there were three squad cars there. The lady told us that there was no breakfast anymore and that’s why the rooms were so cheap. (I specifically booked with them to have the breakfast in the morning). The first room we were given, the door had been kicked in, there was a hole in the carpet, missing door handles, light bulbs missing, and graffiti in the room. There was no toiletries nor towels. I went down to complain and the lady at the front desk said she’s never had a complaint about the room before and if I needed toiletries just to ask and she would give them to me. I told her that the key wouldn’t work either plus the deadbolt was broken from the door being kicked in. I asked for a refund to go elsewhere and she said because I went through booking, that they don’t give refunds. I asked for another room and again the key didn’t work, missing light bulbs, no coffee, cups, toiletries, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. I again had to go to the lady and ask for toiletries and she gave me some and rolled her eyes. They also didn’t put pillow cases on the pillows. The door to go out of the side of the building also wouldn’t open. The lady argued with me that it does open if I just do it correctly. It’s a huge fire hazard. Their fire alarm system hadn’t been serviced since 2002 and was also off line. We walked over to Applebees for dinner, when we came back there were four squad cars in the parking lot. When we left in the morning the police chased a car out of the parking lot and ended up chasing the vehicle down the road, three squads chasing it.

Location Room wasn’t clean when I was given a key. No hot water for a shower. Staff didn’t communicate that there was no hot water for the entire place on check in.
