Our room was very clean and spacious for a GREAT price! It had a fireplace, a jacuzzi tub, and a BIG roll in shower for my hubs who in in a wheelchair. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection. This hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and the university. I highly recommend staying here if you are staying in Laramie!

There was a horrendous smell that existed to varying degrees depending on which room you were in. It was possibly a sewage smell? Thankfully it was very easy for us to switch rooms. But the room we were moved to had an AC that made a terrible sound. All in all, I will never stay here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the accommodating staff and the overall cleanliness.

It was nice but, would have been helpful to know the that the pool and jacuzzi were not available, also my my boyfriend fixed your gate to the doggie, you're welcome:)

Parking was fine. The sheets are soft. It was quiet and slept ok. For $150/night, you’d think they have a descent TV lineup. Furniture was mismatched, walls damaged, carpet ripped but it was at least clean and we could sleep.

Water not hot in shower. Soda machine broke. No dog waist bags in dispenser. Fan in bathroom did not work. Pool closed.

Rooms were very clean. Lobby was gorgeous with the stone fireplace. The pool was really large and great for my kids. They had a blast. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. After breakfast I spoke with the manager and she was amazing. Super helpful, apologized for the inconvenience with the payment. Took care of the reversal and was very professional. So if it weren't for the check in experience I would have given 5 stars on staff. I would 100% stay here again.

Hotel is very pleasant. Clean and nice. Pool was unoccupied except for us. Enjoyed the stay, wasnt there long enough for breakfast, cannot rate that.
