Filthy, disgusting. Smelled like baby diapers.

Blanket on top sheet very old. No bathtub stopper-could not take bath. Gave only 1 small soap. Towels clean & parking OK.

We asked for more towels for our four night stay.

Staff were not welcoming, dirty carpet, posted lists of items you could get fined for in room and at front desk. Bed was awful. Won’t be staying at one of these again.

The maid stole our food. The front desk asian guy was rude and making it hard to accommodate. They gave us a handicap room that was filthy rips in the carpet smell to the carpet. The room air made me sick I will never go back

Clean and comfortable. All the furniture is cramped. Cons- tv was found to be falling off its bracket. The vent for the bathroom doesn’t work. Shower steam turned the entire room sopping wet. Had to use second towel to dry the floor. Towel showed that the floor hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. (Pic included).

It was clean The WiFi didn’t work the whole time I was there.. long term guests seem to take over the parking lot and are very loud

Quiet and clean room

Easy to get to, there is a fenced and gated dog run and it was surprisingly quiet through the night. Front desk guy is friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned and aired really well. No chemical or weird smell. The room was quite sad. Worn carpet, mold stains in the grout, janky faucet handle… it all just looks bad and off putting.

I was out most of the time , the staff made my stay comfortable!

The staff was very accommodating and worked with my situation even though I booked through a 3rd party. He has always been great, treating us with respect, answering my questions with understanding and not judgement. We stay here every time we travel back to WA, and we will continue to do so!

Staffing was great they made sure that we had what we needed throughout the time we stayed which was great even the fancy hotels have lacked in that department. It was affordable for what we needed this trip.

Practically nothing. The facility is very poorly kept and extremely rundown. It’s marginally clean. Everything is shabby. It is located in a very trashy part of Lakewood.

Didnt even check in and they still took the money out of my account, i picked pay at check in under the impression id be paying at the counter when i got there.
