We stayed one night here and honestly it was one night too long and we’ll never come back. It looks like it’s in the process of being renovated but very cheaply! One of the check in staff was nice but what looked like the manager or supervisor was snooty. The room looked ok at first but the we noticed several patch holes, the bathtub was dirty, the paint was peeling off the ceiling, and the desk was broken. The gym was an absolute joke and the hot tub was dirty. We left the hotel to eat dinner and go shopping and came back to a smell in the room that smelled like sewer. I complained to the front desk, they poured some solution down the toilet, and said that should take care of it. The smell was still there so at 10:30pm I went back to the front desk and told them the smell was still there and if it wasn’t 10:30 at night and my daughter wasn’t already asleep, I would be going elsewhere. The staff apologized and gave me a thing of spray air freshener. I would NEVER stay at this place again! The only thing that was good was the breakfast, which was ok. I could have spent the same price and stayed at the Hilton up the road.

Wonderful property, nice, clean rooms. Friendly reception. Only problem was if we wouldn’t leave our room early it wouldn’t be cleaned. For all 3 of our 5 days stay the room was cleaned only ones.

Overall great stay!

The clerk at the desk for check in, Jacob, was especially helpful. I was experiencing a medical issue and he helped me find an express medical clinic that was still open and printed me out a map.

The highway noise is so loud.
-
Pool and jacuzzi was very clean and relaxing had a beautiful outside patio and rooms were quiet and relaxing!

The front person in the evening shift was rude and short. The person in the morning was short too. Breakfast was good. Property was clean. People smoking green stuff in the parking lot, probably guest. Pool was not working :(
-
Everything was great until the last night there was a person up stairs causing so much noise up until 1am but other than that it was great

Would stay again!
-
The room was clean with fresh towels, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast had limited variety. The only problem was the fire alarm, which went off because of the shower steam, even with the ventilation on.
-
The location of this hotel was very convenient for our daughter, who spent 2 nights there. Changing to Best Western has been an upgrade for this hotel.

Pet friendly, huge room, clean and great complimentary breakfast! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this Best Western in Lake Oswego was just okay. When we arrived at 2:30pm they informed us that they charge a $30USD early check in fee. Our room was ready but they would still charge the fee. I told them I had never heard of a an early check in fee and had never paid this before at a Best Western. They told us this was their policy and we had a concert to get ready for a distance away so we paid it. No info on this fee anything I had received about the booking. Next the sheets had weird marks or stains on them and there was dried liquid of some kind on the blind. The flooring was good and the parking is good.

Worked great for the one night stay over

Bad odor, loud, dirty bathroom

Clean room

Facilities in poor condition. Hallways not vacuumed in several days and needing cleaned. Stains on floor near first floor elevator. Lightbulb over sink flickering/not working. Robe hook in bathroom barely hanging on the wall. A bath towel was shredded in one area and should be discarded or made shop towels. Overall not up to BW standards.
