This place is nothing like the pictures and looks and feels run down and the bedrooms are horrible
-
Security was lacking
-
Air conditioning in room leaked, had roaches, mold on walls in hallway and no air in main hotel or halls.

Upon check in I had to wait no one was at the desk the halls of the building was extremely hot bugs in entry way trash all over parking lot, dead insect on the air conditioning unit in room. I didn’t see an ice bucket which would not have mattered because the ice machine was broken along with the washer and dryer the building and room smelled moldy. I didn’t feel say it appeared to resemble a transient hotel the pictures online were totally misleading this wasn’t a hotel for a single woman to stay at.

I reserved a room here for one night. I chose the option of pay at the property. Zero dollars deposit was due at the time of booking, so I was a bit surprised when I arrived at the property an my reservation was canceled because they tried to charge my card before I got there. Only reason I did it this way was that I was a little skeptical about booking this particular hotel because what you see online is not what you always walk into. I was not very happy about the way they handled the transaction, but I will continue to book my rooms this way when it is a property that I’ve never been to. I was not able to find a room there so I ended up going to another hotel. I cannot say anything negative about the property only because I didn’t leave the lobby. I was just not happy that this was the first time this ever happened to me with the option that was given to me.

The hotel rooms are dirty! The hotel doesn't like to give out 2 towels, wash cloths, etc.
-
The restroom was not very clean, the breakfast included was 2 cereals that looked very old, a gallon of milk, some waffle mix and apple juice. No water to be found. All the ice machines were disconnected. The ceiling by the kitchen has a huge hole and wires were hanging down from it. No shampoo or soap. When checking out, the front counter associate asked if the room was clean as if I was supposed to do the beds and clean it after my stay.
-
The lobby was nice, but that was about it. The hallway to the room was really dark and had a really bad smell. The pictures show a pool, but the pool was not available and had about a foot of green water. Needless to say, we did not stay and found another room somewhere else.

Excelente el servicio, pero la piscina estaba sucia y no había la higiene adecuada
-
A/C would not change temp though it showed it would. Dan never changed speeds etc. only 2 gross dirty towels to shower with no wash clothes or hand towels. Elevator barely worked and smelled like burned gear oil. Oder in hallways. Just a gross place.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at- first off we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk after yelling HELLO and calling for 15 minutes to the number that was set out. Once Imean came up to check us in we found out there wasn’t any ice in the machines- no pool which are 2 reasons we stayed there. The room was ok but the check in experience was horrible

The hotel is in disrepairs. It's has mold. They had us park at the back entrance which wasn't locked and some shady people were out back. Made me nervous about leaving my car at the back of the property. The elevator smelled burnt. We checked out as soon as we got to our room. The room was not clean. The bed had what looks like pee stains and hair on it. We will not be back to the Clarion in Lake Jackson.

I stayed for a week, thinking I could adjust to the environment. The place was infested with roaches, bed bugs, and A/C had mold. The owner of the facility understands you get what you pay for. Not to mention the lobby ceiling had a hole with lights hanging by the wires. The roof was leaking constantly after a hard rain. Please pay a little more and stay somewhere else. The front desk personnel were kind. But not enough for me to stay .

Front desk man was nice but probably was bad
-
This place has really changed allot since the last time I stayed. Floors coming up place smell
-
Nothing really. This was an old hotel that needs a lot of repairs. Lobby area was super hot. Nothing of entertainment at this hotel. They do t even have a swimming pool. I had to cancelled our second night

Loved it sm

Rooms were very bad. Cockroaches everywhere, ticks and mites were visible on the bad. Parking was OK. Poor management.
-
The bed and the pillows were comfy The staff were very unfriendly and demeaning. The property was over run by water roaches (dead and alive). The facilities were rundown and obviously not cared for or repaired. The premises and the bathroom in my room were dirty and unclean.

They say the have a pool. They do NOT. I told them we weren’t staying and they said I would get my money back. I’ve talked to yall about this but haven’t heard back
