Nothing i would even like a refund! I felt unsafe, bedding a cigarette holes. The picture looks Nothing like the room. The pillows were small for a king size bed the bed dipped in the middle. You have to ask for house keeping, and anything for the bathroom.

There was no one at the counter when we arrived and had to go to the Econo lodge counter to check in. The entrance to the Econo lodge was disguising. The walls were chipping and the walkway to the room on the second floor was bad condition. There was stuff laying everywhere and very dirty. We also saw cats in the window of one of the rooms. When we got to the room, we noticed that the glass window by the door was cracked badly and the lights were on in our room like someone was in there. We turned around and went back to the counter and requested a refund which the attendant agreed with no issues. I would never stay there!

Terrible. Absolutely disgusting. Everything was terrible. We walked in the room, looked at it and then went and got our money refunded. Creepy as hell.

Las habitaciones y los pasillos están súper deteriorados, la limpieza de las habitaciones no es la mejor

The room was unusable and wasn’t slept in

The slide lock on the door was held on with one screw. There were crushed beer cans under the mattress. The toilet seat was held on with one bolt, so it slid off if you sat on it. The tub drain was so clogged with hair that the water pooled to my ankles The glass and windows were covered in some sort of funk The ceiling has several water spots. And the lock between the adjoining room next to us was broken. Also, the concrete stairs outside are in disrepair and crumbling with the metal edging sticking out. But hey, at least I was motivated to get out of bed and get out in the morning.

The door latch was broken and we therefore barricaded it with the chair and table for additional security reassurance. It took the toilet 6 flushes to remove the waste in it and with each flush the pipes shook the handicap handles significantly enough to where you could feel the vibration in the other room. It was so loud and surprising, it was laughable and somewhat entertaining - we just felt bad for any neighbors since it needed flushed 6 times. There was a buzzing noise outside the room that required us to use earplugs for true peace and the smell in the room was pretty gross. Now, with all that... I'm a hunter/camper who has endured way worse and this was the cheapest room I found in the area. Still... at $160... it should have been way better and even though the staff was polite and friendly and we didn't get robbed, no, I would never recommend this to anyone I know. I hope they can invest in fixing it up and making it better. I gave the same feedback to the manager and he responded so there's hope!

Nothing good to say. I had stayed at this hotel ten years ago and there had been no maintenance at all since then. Building run down, slapped a coat of paint over deteriorating walls, hand rails falling off, had to unplug the microwave to get it to shut off (it was running when we went into the room), burn holes in bed spread, section of the floor peeling up, window to the walkway filthy. Saw a drug deal go down in the parking lot. We didn’t stay, immediately got a refund and went to a chain hotel. I will think twice before booking a Quality Inn now that I realize they are franchises, no standards at all.

Horrible place … got there to find out our room was already booked with someone else. Kept arguing that no one was in there but wouldn’t go check to see. Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else!

Shady looking individuals walking around and hanging around property. Not worth the price. Property not well kept but decent. Almost tripped on uneven concrete a few times walking from my 2nd floor room to the the lobby. Room door was extremely hard to operate considering that it’s keyed entrance Seemed as if it was previously broken and manger was to cheap to actually replace the door Clean Sheets and hard towels Running toilet and a dirty tub with extra old out dated finishers let’s not forget to mention the cloth magnet shower curtain Definitely deserves a percentage of my money back Thank goodness for the restaurant bar and the great staff inside property otherwise I would’ve rated 1 star across the board. The young man that bartended is the sweetest

I read reviews the day before checking in and was extremely worried that I wasted money on booking 2 nights. When we arrived, we did ask to check the room before actually checking in, the Staff member did allow us to do so. The room that we got smelled very clean when entering it. The flooring has been swapped out to vinyl plank, no longer the carpet that previous reviews had concerns about. The box springs and mattresses were gross, many stains. There was a cookie smashed between the mattress and bed spring of one of the beds, there were no bugs at the cookie, which we took as a good sign. We did check very thouroughly for bed bugs and other insects both beds and all areas of the room, nothing to be found. This hotel is in a great location, and if the facility ws updated and fixed, would be able to demand triple the current nightly rate for sure. Location is great. Room was clean expcept for a cookie. The paint needs redone throughout the room. Bath tube could look better if recaulked at seems. The swimming pool was amazing, lots of seating available, water was crystal! The bar was nice, unfortunately didn't try the food, but reviews on the food are positive. Break fast was ok, waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit and Juice selections. At $120 a night it seems too expensive, but if updated well, $300+ a night for the location would be great. Staff were all very nice. In a pinch, with my own bedding again, I would stay again maybe??

I didn’t like anything as the shower was broken, blow hair was broken, coffee machine, etc was all broken. It was not that clean either just enough that you would look at it and say it’s good enough to stay for one night.

Location was good. The hotel is run down, smells, someone had been in our room smoking & left cigarette butts in a glass of water, kids did not feel safe. We canceled our stay

The ceiling was falling down in the doorway. It was filthy. Smelled terrible. Bathtub had red and black stains and something sticky in it as did the toilet. The beds had BUGS of every size under the sheets and stains that looked bloody all over the mattress. It is not maintained at all. I called and booked another motel immediately and got my money refunded. I dont sleep with filthy mattress, sheets or bugs. It physically made us all sick just to look at that. Giving it a minus 1000 is being kind. I NEVER in over 30 years got a bad place like this from Expedia. I have now. Buyer beware. We felt bad because we saw a young couple taking 2 young kids in there and they did not leave. Always check bathrooms and beds people.

Front door was in rough shape and hard to open once you got it unlocked. The microwave was dirty and the bathtub was dirty. Could not figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. Had to turn on bathroom light to see.

We had to wait about 10 minutes to get someone to the front desk to check us in. The check-in took longer than normal, but overall it was fine and they were accommodating. We got to the rooms and the door locks were not very user-friendly and the doors stuck. The lighting was very difficult to figure out how to turn on the lamps. The bathtub was still dirty and it did not drain well at all. There were stain spots in various places, on pillow cases, sheets, towels and curtains. Breakfast was one waffle machine, toaster for bread, yogurt, apples, and cold cereal. Coffee was better than instant coffee.

I have never had an experience quite like the one I had at this hotel. While I want to emphasize that the front desk staff did an amazing job, I must express my dissatisfaction with the property itself. I can only speak about the two rooms I was offered, which were not clean. The windows were dirty, and the rooms had an unpleasant odor. I'm not sure if the smell was due to their age or a lack of cleaning. Ultimately, I felt compelled to request a refund and seek accommodations elsewhere. I do want to reiterate that the staff was very helpful and genuinely seemed to care about my situation.

Horribly maintained for the price never again staying here

The hotel is not maintained at all. It is dirty. Room doors are not very secure. Waited for over 20 minutes to check out because no one was at the desk. We rang the bell three times and no one showed up. Left the room keys on the computer keyboard at the desk. Our bathroom light flickered constantly. The were wires hanging down in the bathroom running to the exhaust fan. The shower was dirty. We will never stay there again!!!! The bar and restaurant was the best thing about this place!!!!
