I love everything about this hotel. The staff here are very accommodating and the hotel was super clean. The cost of the hotel room, and the food in the restaurant were very fairly priced. Everyone is very friendly and the hotel is only about a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs. I already have a reservation to go back next April and will be bringing my grandchildren. There is nothing that i didn't like.

It had all the amenities and was close to the parks. The bus service was not the best and it’s part of the resort fee

We loved the beautiful, clean pool, the large balcony room with fireworks view and the friendly servers at the bar! The stay would have been perfect if the sink in the bathroom was functional and the beds and pillows were more comfortable.

We really liked the hotel’s location, which was very convenient for our stay. The food was also very good, and the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general could be improved. We also found the service provided by some of the other staff members to be average and not quite at the same level as the reception staff.
