The location was ideal. Close to all 4 parks. The shuttle service to the parks was nice. The lobby was nice. The pool was big and not too deep, I was able to enjoy it. The carpet from the room smelled dirty. The washing machine was too expensive and there was only 1 detergent on sale at the lobby. The water on the bathtub did not drain properly when showering. The shuttle only offered two parks. The kitchen on the room was hard to turn on and use.

Room is spacious and very clean. Close to attractions in Orlando.. Carpet in the hotel is very worn and needs to be replaced...

Was a nice room, clean, loved the kitchen. It was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the pool. Thank you. Did not like having to pay to park.
