The Mauian - Boutique Beach Studios on Napili Bay

Loved the Mauian. Rooms were a little loud but no other complaints

1 minute walk to the beach. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our second stay for 7 days. Beautiful grounds and nice staff. The bathroom never felt or smelled very clean. I would like to see updated bathrooms or more thorough cleaning in the bathroom, especially toilet and tile floor. Otherwise, very good.

We loved this boutique condo! Steps away from the beach and the location was perfect! We will definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

The property was literally steps away from the beautiful Napili beach. The room had full size fridge, stove and microwave in the kitchen area. Very convenient.

The Mauian was fantastic. Highly suggest this place. Access to the beach was really close. Everything was super clean. Everybody was super nice. Definitely will come back.

Wonderful

Hard to believe how much we got for relatively so little. No frills but very nice place and people.

The beach being close walking distance and the ocean being so clear and bright blue made the stay so wonderful. Staff was great stayed out of the way and let you do your thing No tv or phone Pool small No complimentary breakfast

Somewhat of an "old Hawaii" vibe that is extremely close to Napili Bay. The pool and the courtyard are very nice, the hotel has an intimate feel, and you are very, very close to a lot of food options. Showers and mini split AC units in the rooms are great as well! We could hear our neighbors even when they were speaking at a normal conversational tone. Office staff hours were limited.

Excellent location! The property is filled with beautiful flowers and lush greenery right outside your room. The beach next to the hotel is absolutely stunning and fantastic.

The hotel grounds and garden are lovely! There are outdoor grills for guests to use and a full kitchen. It is in an excellent location.

Beautiful property

I loved it.

The hotel is gorgeous from the palms and greenery to the views of the ocean from the pool - the beds are comfortable and the AC is cool and comfortable. Being so close to the beach and local places to eat like The Sea House, Merriman’s and the Gazebo, this place is stunning.

The room is very nice. They have large ceiling fans and AC. There is a large frig and a kitchen area to cook meals. FYI there is no TV. The view from the balcony of the ocean is amazing. There is a very nice sitting area on the balcony to enjoy the ocean and fresh air. The beach is amazing and the water is warm. There is a large coral reef to snorkel and tons of fish to see. The hotel has beach chairs, umbrellas and other stuff you can use for free. The only negatives is there is very limited parking and the parking isn't near the rooms for loading and unloading of bags. There is no elevators so if your on the 2nd floor you are hauling your stuff upstairs. The beach gets very crowded not just from people at the hotel but the locals like that beach and they park along the street outside and walk in to use the beach. So go early put your stuff out and go back eat breakfast and then go to the beach and you have your perfect spot , if you use an umbrella weigh it down because it gets very windy there.
