Friendly staff. Very clean and spacious room with a big balcony. Close to everything but also nice and quiet. Would stay here again.

This is my second time staying at Rocche Costamagna. The location and room are perfect. The staff is friendly. They assisted us with finding dinner reservations locally and even helped us pivot when restaurants had unexpected closings. And definitely take advantage of the wine tasting.

We loved our room (#4) as it had a huge terrace with lounge chairs directly overlooking the hills of vines. Just stunning views. There was also a balcony off the bedroom as well as the bathroom. The room was immaculate and had lovely hardwood floors, a mini fridge, wine glasses, a king-sized bed and one luggage rack. We enjoyed the free wine tasting and tour while we were there. There was also a wine tasting festival a short walkup the hill while we were there on Sept. 7th. So much fun tasting all the different wines from many local wineries. There is also a gorgeous view overlooking the hills of the vineyards at the top of the hill in the square. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance for dinner and Mange for breakfast . Note that there are many stairs to get up to the rooms. No elevator available. There is parking available in a parking lot nearby. The staff was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and made reservations for us. This was our favorite place to stay during our 3.5 week trip through Italy and France. Just a suggestion: We would've liked to have had 2 luggage racks in the room so that both of our suitcases were up off the floor.

Perfect location in la morra. near the main piazza and shopping, restaurants, bars. Early morning coffee bar across the street. big room and very nice balcony with a view of the hills of barolo and Asti. staff was generally friendly. the office is open office hours for check in. that means 9am-1pm and 2:30 pm to 6pm. that restricted the times for wine tasting and cantina visit to those hours. Shower was a bit small and curtains not thick to keep out sun in early am. Parking near, not far but with luggage a bit of a hassle up a rather steep 150 yards.

Very hard to find parking and had to walk to get to hotel.

Location For that money I expected more - especially the bathroom was modest

Beautiful location, lovely wine tasting led by Mauricio. Great rooms and views from the hotel outstanding.

Rooms were clean, staff were all kind & helpful. The complimentary tour & wine tasting added a nice touch to the area. The view from our room was also incredible! Location perfect & close to all the main shops of the village. Easy to find parking & the area felt very safe. Street noise can be heard at all hours, so I recommend ear plugs.

Beautiful large room with extra large balcony. Amazing views overlooking the vineyards of Barolo! Room was clean and modern with wonderful facilities! It was our only accommodation that had an iron and ironing board which was really appreciated. Great location close to everything in La Morra. You must do a tasting at the winery when you are here! It's amazing and we really enjoyed the wines! Thanks to everyone at Rocche Costamagna for your amazing hospitality! Nothing!

Overall great stay. Maurizio was great and did a good wine tasting for us with wonderful wines. Location is perfect in La Morra. Right in the city but quiet street. Views are fantastic from the terrace outside the room. Room itself is good with a fantastic mini bar, one of the best ever with tons of wine from the winery in different sizes. Winery that is part of the hotel is great and very organized. No breakfast at the property. Shower was very small and annoying bathroom fan comes on every time you turn on the light to the bathroom. Takes 5 minutes for it to stop each time after you turn off the light.

Great location right in the city center, but still in a quiet area. Staff is super friendly and the complimentary wine tasting was one of the best we had on our trip. My partner was not very happy with the mattress and thought it would need to be replaced

Hotel staff was exceptionally service minded and helpful

Nice room and terrace. Wine tasting was very good. Great location. Difficult to park the car nearby. Terrace is noisy.
