Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Loved how it was good for kids. Had many pools to choose from & food was good
-
Staff was very helpful and the pool areas are very good Food was average and room noise was loud.
-
The pools and overall look of the property were incredible Leaf blowing at 9am when you really wanted that lay in but was only one day.
-
We did not have any literature im the rooms to explain the amenities or to share what was available to visit locally. The coffee in the rooms is terrible. The coffee machine in the Pantry was constantly broken.
-
The facilities are amazing. Quiet and beautiful While I do appreciate it being all inclusive, the dinner food could improve a bit.

People so friendly. Liked it being off the beaten path. Very relaxing and quiet. Might have been due to time of year.

* Nestled in a beautiful area, this hotel offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature, ensuring that you can relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. * One of the highlights is the variety of dining options available, catering to different tastes and preferences. * What truly sets this hotel apart is the designated adult-only areas. These spaces provide a serene environment without the presence of children, perfect for those seeking a quiet and tranquil escape. While I had an overall pleasant experience, there are a couple of areas where I believe improvements could be made. * From the beverage that the hotel offers, the coffee most of the time was not good. * There were not enough long chairs available in the beach club. It seemed that one had to come very early to secure a chair, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great place to stay, the room was very spacious and clean. The pantry is a bit far from the other pools, other than that everything is great!

The place, the pools, the people working here The food can be better, but is not bad either

Fantastic pools and aquapark for small kids. Everything very walkable. Enjoyed food, especially Media Luna pool snacks, Teppanyaki cooking experience and Salt&Thyme restaurant with live Italian food freshly prepared. Fantastic staff, very helpful even during night check-in to find us acceptable room. Beach experience with small kids wasn't ideal - food was so so, sea entrance is not good for toddlers.

Amazing location. Loved the nature, watching the birds and other animals, the ambience of the restaurants. I personally loved the huichol restaurant. Very romantic vibe and in the day time you could sit by the big windows and look at the trees and the little creek. All the staff were very friendly and kind all the time and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Great drinks and coffee. There were speed bumps on the roads inside of the property that were not signaled or colored and my dad (Who is elderly) tripped over one of them and fell. The toilet in our bedroom had a problem with the pump and didn’t flush. We reported it and they “fixed it” the first night. Didn’t work again the next morning. Reported it again and after a couple hours they sent someone who replaced the pump and it finally worked. Sometimes when asking for a cart to take my elderly parents to places inside the property, they never arrived and we had to walk (our bedrooms were on a hill). The food was not very tasty. Maybe it works for people who visit from other countries, but for Hispanic people like me it can be bland (we need spice and heavy seasoning). They have a good variety of dishes and desserts though.

The people working there were amazing! The beach club and the Japanese restaurant are a value add; Dash, Pablo and all of the guys from the beach club are pretty awesome, that is the real plus of the hotel. The food of the hotel could improve, in the other hand the food of the beach club and the from the Japanese restaurant was amazing; also it is worth to mention that it was very disgusting that the hotel spelled us out of the beach club early one day because there was a wedding…

Facilities were great, the place was very clean and easy to walk, staff was very helpful and kind. There were a lot of pools and jacuzzi, food was good, specially the taco's food truck, and there is a lot of vegetation all around the place which is nice, you are close to nature. I would just replace the Tecate beer :) The rest was great.

Location, food, service Early morning 9 am the sound of motorized leave cleaners spoiling the peace and serene of the place for the entire villas in the resort. They start at 9 am and go on for hrs. Suggestions to start after 10:30 am so that people can do meditation and yoga peacefully at the resort.

The Pool and facility and property were beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were hard, the Internet was bad, and it was difficult to be a vegetarian or a vegan even though they tried to accommodate. They really needed to have vegetarian beans. The food options became repetitive. They need one more sit down restaurant.

the staff!! everyone was so friendly and wonderful to us during our stay! a specail shoutout to Jose, Alix, Manuel, and Gladys, and our room attendant who I unfortunately forgot the name of for making our stay exceptional! a super unique spot! not a lot of entertainment which would have been nice, we enjoyed the kareoke but wish they was some more live or interactive shows or places to hang out at until a bit later. also the snack bar and pools by our room were closed for renovations but we knew this prior to booking.

The resort was wonderful and even better than expected. From the jungle pools, amenities, spa, and restaurants, to the new addition with the amazing views, huge pools, more food options, and rooftop adults only bar and pools, I got everything I needed to have an exciting day each day. The beach club was such as added bonus with great service and food, and was nice to get some true beach time but also get the jungle fix. The staff were all so friendly, very welcoming and constantly asking what I needed whether I was at the pool, the spa, or lunch. Nothing - truly exceeded expectations
-
The above summarizes all. We ended up spending several days at a beautiful family run B&B and eating at local restaurants.
-
I did not like that we had to wait for a long time for shuttles around the property. Food was just ok and ants invade the restaurants and room areas. This was not a good experience for us. The distance from downtown to this hotel is extremely far and taxi drivers were hesitate wanting to drive us back after 5pm due to the distance. 35- 40 mins from airport

We got a free room upgrade when we found out room not ready. Lots of swimming pools. Snack bar food was great. Beach club provides another activity in the resort which is nice Someone defecated in the lazy river, it was disgusting. There was a blackout for several ours are which caused the water slide don't work, also the kids zone. We ran out of toilet paper also the shampo was not refilled.
