Hotel SB Plaza Europa

Todo súper limpio y cómodo! La habitación perfecta. El dia que nos fuimos llamamos a la recepción por si se nos había quedado una mochila y el de recepción dijo que debíamos mirar y revisar, no quería hacernos el favor luego de rogar mucho.

Safe and accessible

Was very clean and the people were very nice. Good was excellent! Nothing. Was excellent

Customer service at restaurant was not welcoming on day of arrival, which was Sunday evening, June 14

We thought we are coming very respectfully hotel , we talked with the manger to give us refund because at the all hotel no electricity he give us a paper until no one answered us !!!!!!

Convenient Long line to check in

Apparently, someone made a mistake at the front desk and checked-in someone else into my room. So walking naked out of the shower and seeing strangers opening door and looking at me was not what I was expecting during the stay.

I wish the breakfast was a bit better not a lot of protein options. Maybe a scrambled eggs with ground beef it would be good. 3-4 years ago was way better. Also the service is a bit slow when calling the reception to get something like iron or even to answer the phone takes some time to answer.

The property was very tidy and close to the underground. The check in process was long. There were two families in front of me and it took at least 20 -30 mins to get checked in and room keys

The location was perfect. Only a few minutes from the mall and the airport. We were upgraded to a suit which had an amazing view. It would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel lobby is nice....across the hotel is a huge ahopping mall...there is always at least one taxi in front of the hotel....the staff is helpful The price is huge compared to the room you reiceve. 180 euros per night for one of the smallest double rooms I have ever been to. The AC doesn't bring cool air inside the room...it only makes noise while ventilating. When we got in the room, in the afternoon, the room was very hot and the AC proved to be useless. Only around 3 AM, after hours of keeping the window open, the room cooled down. Also, there is intense humidity in the room because the sink is inside the room, not in the bathroom. At this huge price you do not have breakfast included. You have to pay for it. If I am not wrong, we were told that the price for breakfast is 20 euros per person. I recommend searching a different facility if you ever come in this area of Barcelona.

The location and the employees very attentive.

It was a nice location, the customer service was amazing!

Very spacious room. Clean and and comfortable. Like the sink being outside of the toilet and the shower. The bathroom floor will get wet easily when taking showers . Because of the glass door is not covering the full length of the tub.

Basic rooms.

The front-line staff and reception team are extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, providing quick and efficient solutions. The rooftop swimming pool offers an amazing view, creating a perfect place to relax. Upon our arrival, the reception staff also provided us with a helpful map showing the most popular attractions in Barcelona and how to reach them using public transport. I highly recommend this hotel The only inconvenience we experienced was related to a maintenance issue. The bathtub in one of our rooms had a drainage problem, which we reported. Although the reception team promptly informed maintenance, the issue was unfortunately not resolved by the time we returned late the following day. We were kindly offered a room change, but due to our early departure the next morning, we decided not to move. It may be advisable to consider a room change earlier if a maintenance issue occurs.

Room is very clean. Breakfast was very delicious and plenty of choices. Front desk was not too friendly. It took a little longer in processing a checked-in.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived much earlier than check-in time (9-10am) and our room was already available (it also wasn't peak season so i think that's why). They also helped us with our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight. The room was cleaned daily and they waited until you left the room to do so (I've had it happen for the cleaning crew just to barge in). The location of the hotel is also great. In a quieter zone next to many cafes and bars. They could use some small improvements (as does any hotel) as changing/deep cleaning the hinges and the bottom protective part on the bathroom doors. But overall it was a great experience
