Clean, spacious rooms. A welcome relief after staying in a tiny hotel room in Osaka. It has everything you need. Nespresso machine in the room so I could have an early coffee, and they refilled the pods for us (you don’t need to buy them). Coin laundry on the 1st floor meant we didn’t have to walk down to the one at the end of the street, I saw others had issues with smell but that seems to be fixed. Staff at reception very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The location was a tiny bit far to walk to the main area of Gion with a small child so we caught taxis a fair bit, although they are cheap so it didn’t really matter. If we were alone we would’ve walked as it’s only 10-20mins depending where you are going.

The property was very clean, and the room was a good size for 4 people. The futons were hard to sleep on for those not used to hard beds.

Very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Spacious room. Like that toilet and bathroom are separated. Convenient and quiet location. Maybe provide hand soap in the toilet.

Familly of 5 here. 3 slept on futons, it was ok. Everything else was ok. It was a bit far from interesting stuff, but it was cool!

Would have been nice for the extra beds to be set up since we went out for dinner. Usually with places that have futon beds, this is the norm.

didn't have much in the way of facilities but the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. the room was also cleaned well.

The staff were excellent. I lost my phone in a cab and one of the girls rang every taxi company hunting for it. Very very lucky I got it back. Found the shower a bit strange. Had to stand in the deep bath and hand hold it even though there were wall fittings, but placed at wrong angle.

Very nice room and amazingly polite and helpful staff at reception. The location was also good to reach multiple destinations we had in our plan.

The location was excellent and provided easy access to subway and buses. It was modern with a large amount of space inside the room.

New building, very clean and very comfortable. Extremely tasteful decoration, large, beautiful and comfortable bedroom. Felt almost like a luxury hotel but much more affordable. Friendly and attentive staff. Convenient location near subway stations, a nice small shopping street and within walking distance from some of the main tourist attractions. It did not bother me or my partner, but the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, which for some people might be a downside.

Big room. Futon bed was nice japanese touch. Salt and other bath amenities were nice after the whole day of walking.. Nice espresso machine in the room, so bring some extra pods. Actually everything was good. My advice is to put maybe a bigger iron board in the washing room instead of providing a small one to the room.
