The room was more spacious and beds were larger. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room. Quality products to use and loved the FeHa shower head, blow dryer and hair straightener. Location is perfect for travel. Bonus was accessing my Netflix account to watch English TV. Staff was helpful and allowed us to keep bags for a while after check out as we finished our exploring in Kyoto. Highly highly recommend to anyone. Nothing. I loved it all.

Love the location. Very convenient to get around and close to places we like. Besides we felt safe staying at your place. Beds are comfortable. Coffee and ice and beverages provided in the lobby area are a plus. We also love your service options - Limited Services and also Chang Towels Only - very smart. We shall come back to your place whenever we come to Kyoto. English instructions for washing machine could have been bigger. For now it is difficult to read for people with eyesight problems.

Excellent location in Kyoto. We loved the washing machine in the room which meant we could pack light for our trip. Many food and drink options within walking distance and easy to catch a bus to the main temples. Great sized room, clean and modern. We slept really well, excellent soundproofing. Nothing

Great location! Happy hour with sake. Lobby latte machine was appreciated They charged us $12USD for a lost room card key. Front desk staff wasn’t as helpful or friendly as every other hotel we stayed at in Japan - we stayed in 6 other hotels with outstanding front desk service

The location is perfect, the room was comfortable. well I guess it a problem for some hotels ( I read the same complaint for other hotels in Japan), the toilet paper is horrible (very thin)! I really think they could do better...

The location was exceptional as it was close to so much variety of retail and dining. Everything from quick street food bites at Nishiki Market to neighborhood alley itzakayas, to higher end options. Shopping is also exceptionally diverse. The subway stop is a short 50 from the entrance. Despite its central and very busy location, as soon as you enter the front lobby you escape the noise and are surrounded by a quiet zen space with small outdoor garden. The front desk staff were gracious, friendly and helpful. The room was tight since we had a third bed but it had all the important features including a washing machine! The walk to Gion to see historic attractions was quick and convenient. The complimentary coffee machine was out of coffee beans for a few days, but coffee shops are nearby and plentiful.

Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants as well as easy walking distance to two subway lines. Staff are very helpful and facility is clean, quiet and well equipped. We took a premier room with a sitting area and some kitchen facilities. Included a washer/dryer with soap. All in excellent working order.
