Its was great. The location is really near all the bus station and train station. I dont like the refrigerator cause it doesnt work at all. I already ask the staff. The staff told me to just leave the key but it doesnt work at all.

I like how close it was to the castle and the shopping street There was bugs on the bed and the room was very small/tight

10 mins from Osaka station. In quiet residential neighborhood. Clean, laundry in the bldg. Rooms were sizable, May be little tight if 4 in a room.

Off the main street, and basically a straight walk to Nishiki market. The rooms were good value for the price. Not flashy, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only a few outlets in the room. Not a big deal unless you need to charge a lot of devices.

Close to everything The bath tub clogs when you shower the ac didn’t work properly there’s no fan in the bathroom making showers very unpleasant the room was super small didn’t really fit this was one of our expensive stays and we think it was not worth it staff was helpful and polite but the room was very small we felt like we couldn’t rest.

The location Too small for a quadruple room, it feels very cramped. I understand that space is limited in Japan, but having the toilet not separated from the shower area makes the stay less comfortable.

Convenient, good location, clean and great value for money. The room was tight for 3 beds.

Lovely and helpful staff; even recommended a barber. Good natured, welcoming, and fun staff. Very good location and excellent value to cost ratio. I would definitely stay again and I would hope to. The value for 8 or so nights was excellent. Not much; it was a little inconvenient having to switch between the Hankyu line and the subway but a ten minute walk can sort that anyway.

Its location was perfect! I could easily get to the bus stop and anywhere else in Kyoto. Moreover, it was in a quiet place. So I enjoyed it very much! Everything was nice.

Our room was right next to the laundry and the elevator. The laundry room had a very musty odor to it, like there had been standing water at some point. Did not feel comfortable washing my clothes in the machines if they haven't been maintained.
