בעלת המקום לבבית ומסבירת פנים. המזרנים לטעמנו היו רכים מידי אבל זו באמת העדפה אישית מאוד. המצעים היו נעימים , מזגן , ארוחת בוקר טובה .

Incredibly warm and helpful Tatia, the owner of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and in my case, the room had a huge terrace with an amazing view. Definitely exceeded my initial expectations. Nothing at all

Tatia was amazing and very welcoming and she give us a lot of tips :)) , the location is good, the rooms are clean, and Kutaisi is a nice place to spend time in.. will be visit the place again for sure !

The location was great and walking distance to everything. Tatia the owner was so kind and welcoming and gave us some great recommendations for local places to eat. The room was warm, comfortable and spotless. Nothing. It was great!!

Everything! The location meant it was only a short walk to the town centre and Colchis Fountain. From our balcony we could see the Bagrati Cathedral on the hill. The Gala Boutique Hotel is beautiful, well decorated and very clean with extra touches here and there. The owner has obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making her guests comfortable. And Tatia really went above and beyond to help us personally as we struggled to obtain evisas for the next country on our trip. She graciously offered the use of her personal computer and stayed nearby to help as needed. Truly a kind and creative young woman! Nothing - it’s a unique place ?

The Warm and welcoming hospitality of Tatia ( the owner of the hotel) makes your stay pleasant and memorable. Well situated at the city centre and pleasant views from the balcony. Breakfast was Good. love the modern decor with sufficient books to read at the reception. Tatia is the one running the Show. Had a Nice stay. Will Suggest anybody.

Very warm and hostile atmosphere! We felt like home indeed. Wonderful and friendly owner and other employees. Tatia made this hotel really boutique with the relevant warm, loving and caring atmosphere which was felt starting with the interior design and finishing friendly and welcoming atmosphere ❤️

Staff amazingly friendly and helpfull. Facilities is clean and nice. Breakfast was also good.

A well-maintained, cosy no-frills lodgingin a sleepy town where the manager/owner Tatja makes u feel welcome. She runs the show, in an impeccable manner, taking care of all fine details, apparently single-handedly round the clock. We really enjoyed our short stay in Kutaisi. Thank u.
