Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road

We’ve stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road several times during this trip, and every stay has been consistently excellent. The staff is genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are spotless, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the shower has amazing water pressure. We also enjoyed wonderful massages at the spa. The location was perfect for us while working on our villa project, with many home design and furniture showrooms nearby. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on future trips to Bali!

What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely kind, caring, and always happy to help. Even though the hotel was quite busy, many of the staff greeted us by name each morning at breakfast, which made us feel so welcomed and valued. It’s those personal touches that make a stay truly memorable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also took advantage of the spa, and the massages were fantastic. If you’re staying here, I highly recommend booking one—you won’t be disappointed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, but one thing that absolutely stood out was the shower. The water pressure was the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! As someone with long hair, I know how frustrating weak water pressure can be, but washing my hair here was quick and effortless. And then there were the pillows! Without question, they were the most comfortable hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on. They were so amazing that I actually went searching at a nearby store to buy one to take home with me. The location was also perfect for our trip. We were in Bali while building a villa in Lombok, and this hotel is conveniently located near many furniture showrooms, flooring suppliers, countertop galleries, and home design stores, making it an ideal base for anyone working on a building or renovation project. We’ve stayed here several times now, and every visit has been consistently excellent. Exceptional service, comfortable rooms, wonderful spa treatments, outstanding amenities, and a fantastic location make this an easy five-star recommendation. We look forward to returning again and again.

This was an exceptional hotel with excellent facilities and friendly and attentive staff The location meant that the only safe means of transport was by private taxi

The staff was fast and responsive to any requests, taking feedback with full attention. We can feel hospitality in every corner of the hotel. The wastafel (washbasin) in the bathroom was constructively functional, but a bit inconvenient for the user (I think), as when you do face cleansing the water just spilled everywhere that might cause slippery.

I had an excellent stay at Fairview by Marriott, Kuta. The services were exceptional, and the staff delivered outstanding customer service throughout my visit. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, offering something for every taste. The room was spotless, with very clean and fresh linen, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend.

There is HEN ( Roaster ) farm is next to the bldg, you will not able to sleep, last three days i was jn same hotel Fairfield Marriott.when you booking the room ask the front office to give room left side of bldg, staffs are friendly with customer.property is neat and clean

The stay was exceptional

It was nice experience. Everything exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed the facilities like the swimming pool (they also have a small warm pool) and the gym. The breakfast was wonderful, including my one year old son had a great time enjoying it. The service was amazing. The associate was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality, especially for Ms. Novi and the FB Team, also to Ms. Rosie for hearing our thoughts. Very recommended for families. Definitely will be back again. A few things to improve. First, the air conditioner was a bit leaking. It was not a big issue, only a little water dripping from it. Second, the swimming and the warm water pool had something sticking out on the floor. I think it was the water filter or something. I need to be careful for stepping on it. Perhaps they could consider the better cover for it. Third, no one greeted us when we arrived in the drop off area. At least they should assign a security to check any vehicles that were going in. Overall, it is still the best 4 star hotel experience we have ever had.

The pool facilities were nice enough and the gym small but clean. All staff were extremely friendly but some did struggle with basic service e.g following up on egg orders at breakfast. We did however appreciate the special food requests they were able to accommodate. Housekeeping was good. It was a nice touch that they tidied up my toiletries on the table. The property is a little rundown with parts of the ceiling falling. It’s a huge hotel and the rooms are on the smaller side if you are booking a twin share. Breakfast was average/ok as it seemed to cater for one type of tourist from a specific country. The location is terrible. You need to book cars or a bike to get anywhere. You also cannot charge food and beverage to your room.
