The hotel has a great location, with the shopping mall Kulim Center right next to it. Nearby, you can also find DIY Plus, convenience stores, Family Mart, McDonald's, gas stations, and more. It’s quite evident that this used to be a Tune Hotel, as most of the facilities remain the same. The room is relatively small, but it’s fine for a short stay. Some of the facilities feel outdated, and I hope the hotel considers renovations. For example, in my room, the fan remote and bathroom glass door had some issues. The TV had almost no channels available, which could also be improved. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly. I hope the hotel continues to make progress and enhance its offerings.

Check out late just by 8 minutes past 12noon had to pay RM15. Management was not flexible. Ridiculous

It is very hard to park in the front street, because there are banks and shops around. Now there is many parking at back in a new area with several streets, but for the moment there are not business opened in that area, it means that during the night the parking is too much quiet and not safe.

No parking, asked for an extra pillows but was not allowed.

The main problem is the parking. It is in an area with banks and shops and it is hard to parking and it need to pay also Sunday to Thursday. The room is small. The price is high for its performance.
