Very clean,close to center and very,very good breakfast Nothing

The young guy at the reception was very polite and spoke English. On the day of departure I was allowed to leave my backpack for a few hours. 1. The woman at the front desk didn't speak English. When I spoke to her in English, she said that she only understood Polish. When I started translating into Polish through a translator, she began to behave rudely and disrespectfully towards me. Then I asked her why she reacted as if their hotel was only for Poles, and the answer stunned me, she said that their hotel was mainly for Poles and they were not happy to see people of other nationalities. 2. The shower in my room was broken upon arrival. When I contacted the receptionist (same woman), she went to look at the shower - walked into the shower with dirty shoes, walked across the floor of my room and over a towel for my feet. When I started stopping her and asking her to take off her shoes or for the cleaners to wipe the floor after her shoes, I received the answer that they didn’t have a hotel here. She said that the master would come in the evening. We agreed on a time. I clearly told her that she is not allowed to enter my room in my absence. And when I returned at the appointed time, I realized that in my absence they were in my room. Yes they fixed my shower. They also turned off my refrigerator after looking inside and apparently decided there was no point in leaving it on for drinks. The entire floor was dirty, the towels were hanging in another place, not all things were in their places. 3. When I checked in, the room was terribly dirty: kettle, refrigerator, heated towel rail, dishes - everything was dirty! There was a sticky, dirty residue left in the cup.

Location is aside the main park of Kudowa-Zdroj. It is easy to go to spa center from this accomodation. Breakfeast was great. A lot of different food in buffet table.

Quiet room, very comfortable beds one tranquil park away from busy tourist area. Lots of great restaurants just 10 minute park walk (or 2 min by car).

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff attentive. Fantastic breakfast A group of people came in for a weekend. They had a loud conversation into the night and it became noisy in the room. almost like an echo effect.
