The outside of the hotel property are clean and nice, and very near to a beach. The hotel facilities inside the rooms are very old. The electricity boiler is vintage and with funny smell after the water was boiled . The toilet was not functioning well, it was stuck and not able to flushed down properly. But hotel staff able to clear it after we complained.

The parking. I was stay at the courtyard chalet. The hotel should reserve for customer who stay at the courtyard chalet since the chalet only for one family. I do believe only one car should be provided. When peak season, the nearest parking to the chalet was taken by other beach chalet. Maybe the management can ask for quantities of the car will be needed and make it reserved. Also i get the courtyard which faced the staff store where i was expecting to see other view. Maybe the description should be clear for courtyard chalet.

It is clean and comfortable The beach is a little dirty and has a funky smell. The towels are old and frayed.

Location near the beach. Room is clean. The staff and management. We arrived at 3pm, but couldn't checked in because the room is not ready, meanwhile my babies all were very tired and wanna took shower then sleep. They said sorry and gave us free coupon for tea time at the cafe, but there was only ice lemon tea. Is that how you wanna say sorry and give complimentary?? At lease make some toast.. Then the location of the family room quite far from the beach.. if you bring some elders, need to drive car to go for breakfast or swimming at the pool.. The floor of the room also quite wavy when you stepped on.. room 707

i like the location, ambience, and night performance. wifi slow like snail as if im back to 1999. and not stable too. connected and disconnected like chipsmore

The breakfast spread was good, not so crowded with people compared to other hotels. I stayed in family garden view, the facility was good. My husband likes it here. It is on our list now for next staycation.
