The hotel is so close to station. Also staffs are very helpful, Rooms are clean, I didn't see any problem definitely worth it. The hotel was more than i expected. I stayed 1 night now i booked for 2 nights more.

The facilities is great for the price and very near to MRT station The sound from outside road is strong

? Unfortunately, this stay left us extremely disappointed due to the female manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior. My father wanted to extend his stay. However, due to a communication misunderstanding, he was not aware that payment had to be made immediately. I had already informed the hotel staff that my father wished to extend his stay and that I would personally come later to settle the payment. Despite this, the manager scolded my father harshly and verbally abused him, even threatening to chase him out before any payment could be made. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially towards an elderly guest. A simple and polite explanation would have been sufficient. What was even more upsetting was that the manager also shouted at her own staff in front of guests. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to witness such treatment, and I genuinely felt sorry for both my father and the hotel employees. No guest or staff member deserves to be treated with such disrespect. While I understand that hotel policies must be followed, professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy should never be compromised. This experience was distressing and has left a very negative impression of the hotel’s management. I truly hope the hotel reflects on this incident and improves the way both guests and staff are treated.

I've been staying in many places around the KL valley. SCC Velodrome is currently TOP 1 co-living place in KL for business travelers. I continue coming back to them and so far didn't find anything better. They offer all the essential amenities you need for long-term work and stay, 0 risk, you can just focus on work + leisure, even 1-3 months. Never saw any pests, everything is clean. Your room has a big table, wardrobe, hooks and even a washing machine and a small gym in the common area. Large kitchen. Calm and green view outside your window. Not as noisy and busy, as downtown, yet still a perfect location right next to an MRT station, a short distance from top malls, and direct line to the KL Sentral station. I think they used to have more comfy office-like chairs when I stayed there last time. Though you can grab a pillow for the chair from the common area. The sink is a bit small in the bathroom, sloped down, so your stuff slides down into the sink.

Got water dispenser, Room quite comfortable, Got Parking , Convenient , Good for Value Can’t confirm my reservations of upgrade , you need to be there on that day to see if got place or not

The room is spacious. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. The location is also convenient for accessing the city center and local attractions. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur. The only minor downside was the lack of local food options within close walking distance. The hotel itself was great, but I had to take Grab or drive whenever I wanted to visit a convenient Mamak restaurant.

The front desk service attitude is very bad
