Staff were friendly and nice… The room was pungent with the smell of mold. Every time we walked into the room we were blasted with the most horrible stench possible. Probably a health hazard. The room itself was filthy. We wore our shoes inside because didn’t dare walk barefoot. Very humid and sticky, too. There were little bugs flying around everywhere… very gross and annoying! The nights were extremely noisy. Each night was different: drunk men shouting, women shrieking with laughter, doors slamming, music blaring, etc. The noise made every night here miserable. Many prostitutes are loitering outside the entrance and all down the street. If you’re into that sort of thing (that is, if you’re a loser with highly warped values) this might be a positive. I have been traveling around the world for 8 months this year and this had to be one of the worst places I stayed. I dreaded coming back each day.

After arriving from singaproe to KL, property deny to provide a room and I have to struggle a lot to find a room in another hotel. I want this so called bad “ss grey inn hotel” to provide a good compensation to my disappointment and struggle. I already informed them that I’ll arrive lately between 5pm to 6pm but they didn’t keep the room for me. Don’t take it easy otherwise I’ll stop using booking.com and refrain my all know people to not to use booking.com. I want a big compensation due to poorest service. The location of the hotel was my best experience. Shops, restaurants, metro station and places to chill. The internet is pretty bad, especially at night. I expected to have my room cleaned everyday but that was not the case. I had to request to get my room cleaned and I had a long time for that.

absolutely nothing If you want to sleep with cockroaches as hugging buddies go to this place. I don't know how they can even have a spot like this in the middle of KL. I felt like a criminal just looking for a hideout.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The usual needs of a person were met and they tried to accommodate your requests as much as possible. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with this hotel. Simple, good location and of course nice staff. Poor room insulation, which made it possible to hear ambient noise and neighbors.
