Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur, Autograph Collection

The hotel was in a great location nearby to Bukit Bintan and the others attraction in Kuala Lumpur The staff of the hotel is especially outstanding team members like Lumbi and Naveed were class above the rest in terms of customer service. There’s nothing that I do not like about the property. Only one thing that could do better is the variety of breakfast items that is being offered. I have been to other equal stars hotel that provides a more comprehensive Malaysian breakfast and I think this is a point that the hotel can improve and do better

Room was clean, staff was polite, attentive and very accommodating. There was no view at all. Window was obstructed by the semi-solid brick wall (actual design of the hotel). Bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. Very limited storage/hanging space for the belongings. Leaky shower.

Great location, right across from several trendy restaurants and less than 8 min walk from a shopping center. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options and a restaurant for dinner. The pool was also great and the pool bar. Nice gym. The best was the staff! Great service and hospitality. It didn’t have a spa (which was advertised in the booking.com page. The à la cart menu for the restaurant and room service was quite limited - no desserts. The pool bar only opens in the afternoons.

Everything was great! The room is clean and spacious. I have a great experience staying in here. I think, the staff who taking care on parking and also carrying our beg into our room, may need to slow down a bit, don’t too rush to greet the client. Also, please ask them to wear deodorant as the body odour is noticeable.

Central location. Pool was a relaxing way to spend the morning and a cocktail at the pool bar in the evening allowed for beautiful skyline views The breakfast was quite basic

Strategic location, lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby, crews are amazingly friendly, room superbly cleaned and well equipped. Wifi is fast too. The design where the sink is outside of the toilet is a bit weird. Not a big deal anyway.

Outdated facilities that are not very well maintained. A renovation is due as it didn’t feel as clean as you’d expect from the price tag.
