However, the other staff’s customer service is terrible. The check-in process was a pain, and the Malay woman at the check-in counter wasn’t friendly at all. The other Malay woman who works at the front desk every morning is the worst, very rude and unhelpful. I don’t know how someone like her ended up in customer service.

Easily accessible to city center. Room was a bit cramped, but it’s a boutique hotel so not really a big issue.

Near Imbi station, strong wifi connection There’s lingering smoke smell in the room upon our 1st enter. We have to open the windows before heading out.

I love this hotel very comfirtable and nearby to all fasility.. and the room was clean.. but only the tv chanel have 2 remote,also confius which one i need to use.. but overall is good,i love it

The location is great! Near shopping malls. Plus the staff is very kind. We left something in the room and they we still got it back.

I like the location, it's just next to the monorail station and Berjaya Times Square. They have water dispensers at different floors.

Strategic location. I loved that the hotel is close to shopping malls and Jalan Alor so I did not have a hard time roaming around. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfy. Lack of soundproofing. Since the hotel is just beside the main road and near the police station, I always got distracted or awake from the noise outside the hotel
